Trend Calendario Anual Spanish Bulletin Board Set, Classroom Decor

I am a first grade Spanish teacher and I was looking for a fun calendar for my classroom. I had been struggling to find things in Spanish, but this was a pleasant surprise! The price was incredible and the calendar was the perfect size! It has several helpful pieces and I am excited to use it with my students. I especially wanted something colorful but nothing that was too specific to each month (for example, I didn't want there to be a Christmas tree on the Diciembre tag), and this is perfect. Definitely recommend.

Bought this for homeschooling and it fit my needs

I homeschool my girls (Spanish is are first language) and was looking for a calendar to teach them the days of the weeks and so on. I really like this one, it is colorful and very complete. My girls really enjoy it, specially marking the weather chart.This is not heavy poster board material but medium weight. It says in the instruction to laminate everything which might prove expensive since the calendar is big. I laminated all parts on my laminator except for the calendar (too big). I was trying to laminate the weather wheel using two films,since its too long, and damaged mine (I still regret loosing it =( ...) so be very very careful while trying this with longer parts. The slits can easily be opened with a cutter after laminating it. I have had mine on the wall for more than a month and the calendar board although not laminated is still perfectly fine. The numbers do fall sometimes but you could use some poster putty to set them for the month. All in all I would really recommend it, it is a very nice way to start the day with the kids. As a note, I first bought a Melissa and Dough magnet calendar and hated it, I then bought a big wall calendar but it was still difficult to explain the concepts of days of the week etc... this is a much much better alternative specially for younger kids.

This is a great, comprehensive set for a classroom. I like the variety of holidays, and the days section: today, tomorrow, yesterday.A few minor complaints. 1) the weather spinner didn't come with anything to attach it to the graphic, 2) there is no "today" sign to tell what the current date is. I took one of the holidays that's during Summer, flipped it over, and wrote, "hoy" in permanent marker.and 3) it is sort of flimsy. I suppose you get what you pay for, so in the interest of keeping it for years to come, my school laminated it for me.

I love it! It is so hard to find this kind of items in Spanish, definitely it was worth it and my kids love it.

I'm a bilingual teacher and it's sooooo hard to find cute stuff in Spanish, so when I saw this calendar set I HAD to order one. It is great! Includes months of the year, days of the week, numbers for the calendar, holidays and special events, and a weather chart to record daily weather. My students love it! Just a tip- laminate it all for extra durability that way you can reuse it every year.

I am glad I got this calendar! I putted magnets on the back of it and keep it on my whiteboard all the time that way we go over dates, seasons etc regularly.
