More Birds Bird Health+ Ruby Hummingbird Feeder, Glass Hummingbird Feeders for Outdoors, 4 Feeding Stations, 10 Ounces, Ruby Red

I’ve had this feeder for several months now and I am extremely satisfied with my purchases (I purchased a second and third one). If you are going to feed hummingbirds a glass feeder is a must. I had plastic ones from different manufacturers in the past then one day I got a whiff of the bottle as I was emptying it as it had been in 90 degree weather and whoa there was a strong toxic chemical smell to it. I thought it was from the heat, but when I smelled the inside of another one I had washed previously and left open and hanging to dry, it had the same chemical smell. Repeated with another plastic feeder from a different brand and got the same chemical odor.My guess is that the sugar water possibly reacts with the plastic in the sun. You would not notice it unless you smell directly inside the bottle but no matter what, the clear plastic bottles leach and it can’t be good for the poor little birds. Their bodies are so small we don’t know how it affects them. I purchased beautifully colored blown glass feeders but the problem with those was that the center of the flowers they feed from was copper and had some rough areas so I worried that they would injure their tongues.These glass feeders are great the center of flowers are soft silicon and since glass is non-reactive I feel safe feeding my little friends again.

I purchased this based on a review I had read. The makers of this feeder really thought out what was needed in a hummingbird feeder. 1. It has a built in ant moat. (Why haven't other brands done this?). 2. Clear glass feeder. Very important because in hot humid climates you can see if mold is growing on the glass which can kill hummingbirds of candidiasis. Very difficult to see in colored glass feeders, especially Bolite brand. 3. Easy to clean. The bottom parts can easily be taken off and cleaned without any difficulty. Kingsyard brand bottom pops off but then you struggle to get it to realign without it falling off again. Bolite brand the bottom doesn't align right so that nectar drips out. 4. Doesn't lose nectar in windy conditions or upon inverting! After you have filled it with nectar and turn it upside down to hang, the nectar doesn't flood out of the ports like it does in all the other brands I've used. 5. About 8 ounce capacity. That's totally enough nectar to feed several hummingbirds a day. Plus you'll need to wash/change the nectar daily anyway when it gets hot outside since nectar ferments so easily. If you want to attract more hummingbirds put out more feeders at least 6 feet apart. Again, best brand that I've seen. Highly recommend.

This is the second set of feeders I have gotten from Bird Health. The first set had lasted for 3 years, but were starting to show wear. One base had a crack in it. My little hummers seem to really like these feeders. They work well and are very easy to maintain and keep clean. They do not leak like some other feeders I've had and standup to hot weather well. My only disappointment with this order was the way they came packaged. Both feeders were loose in the box with just the paper packing to keep them from knocking against each other. Original pair candy in individual boxes.Overall they are good feeders and worth the money.

I really like this hummingbird feeder. Easy to clean, fill, and watch the little hummers come to it. The size is perfect for me, it takes the cup of humming bird liquid perfectly. Very nicely made also. Plastic feeder part and glass for the holding tank. I have had this feeder two summers now, I take it in in the winter, and everything still looks like I just put it out for the first time. Very happy with this.

Great hummingbird feeder!Just the right size. No yellow flowers to attract bees. Easy to clean. No parts that will rust. I've had several hummingbird feeders over the years and this is my favorite. I plan to buy a second one for next year.

Great price with great feeders. Easy to clean. Holds one cup of nectar. So fresh nectar every other day.

This is probably the most straightforward hummingbird feeder setup I could reasonably ask for. It is not fully dishwasher safe, but the components are easy to take apart and hang. The color is solid and I like the glass construction too
