Good, affordable basket! Lift the handles to unlock the basket and take it with you; put the basket on the mounting bracket, line up the locking tabs and drop the handles to lock it back into place. Pros: -Fairly easy set-up. (Just be mindful of how you run your shifter and brake cable housings because if they are under tension from the way you run them around the bracket, it'll throw your indexed shifting out of whack and add resistance to pulling the brake levers.) -Easy to put basket on and take off of the mounting bracket. -Big enough to actually hold stuff, small enough to be manageable on your bike. -Fun colors. Cons: Not a tight fit between the basket and the mounting bracket so it can rattle a bit on bumpy terrain, but it's not likely to come off the bracket while you're riding as long as the handles are laying down/locking in the basket. If you hit a big bump at higher speed, you have a chance of it unlocking especially without any front shock absorbers. However you're more likely to have the contents of your basket fly out than the whole basket and its contents knocked loose. The bottom contact point of the bracket is only held with a flimsy Velcro strap, so there is some looseness there as well. Also, the strap will wear pretty quickly since it isn't totally immobilized. Overall, if you have any mechanical inclination at all, you can rig a more solid installation of this thing, but its general use is for leisurely rides where you're getting a little load of groceries or taking something on a little trip and it's fine as it is for this purpose.

Impressed with the quality of this product. Painted well in white, very durable, and great added features. The rubber hooks that attached the basket to the bike handles bars is really heavy duty! There are NO locks to deal with and the basket is attached in such a way that no damage will occur to the bike. It's very easy on, easy off. I bought this to transport my dog but it clearly says it is NOT made for pets which annoys me a bit because this item comes up when I do a search for dog/pet carrying. I still plan to keep it though as I really find this to be the best and easiest to use basket for a bike available. Having severe arthritis I just can not believe I was able to install this in about 3 minutes all by myself! GREAT basket!

I bought this to originally just be a front basket to hold my bag. It's since been far more useful. The quick clip to take it off the mount has turned this basket into my own personal shopping basket. I take this bad boy into the store an it holds the perfect amount to fill my back basket. It's so easy I can take it off an put it back one handed without fail. Cutest thing for my bike

My nine year old has a 20” bike and it’s slightly big for it , but we like that her helmet fits in there and the basket is not too heavy. She will upgrade to a bigger bike soon so we’ll keep this size basket.overall a great basket. The buckle that goes on the velcro strap was broken that’s why I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5. We made it work with zip ties to secure the velcro strap. We also attached the reflector on the front of the basket with zip ties. This basket is the perfect size for an adult bike as well.

My wife rides a small electric scooter around the neighborhood to the nearby gym and yoga park. She needed a basket to hold her phone, water bottle and other small items in her fanny pack. The basket mount fits perfectly without interfering with her hand break or throttle. The basket snaps in tight, no rattling noise when she speeds over bumps. The basket is easy to remove and to carry around in the park. This basket has a weight limit of 11lbs since the mesh wire is thin, so only teacup size pets may ride comfortably in this small basket. We have the seated electric scooter so the weight is heavy at the base, no risk of flipping my small dogs over. ( I would not put a pet in this for a push scooter, not safe if they flip forward.) Very practical item for bike or scooter- keeps phone, water bottle, and squirt gun handy.

This is a nice basket and easy to install but there is a design flaw. The hooks on the bottom that hold the basket are so short that if you hit any sort of bump on the bike it easily hops off those hooks and falls. And we've only had it a few weeks and those hooks seem like they are cracking. Not the best quality. Would not buy it again

My wife has been requesting a basket for our daily rides around town. I prefer the styling of the other classic baskets, but we have practical boring hybrid bikes, so this basket seemed practical and meshed with the style of her bike. Installation was a snap on the hybrid bike. I had to remove a front reflector, and reposition the bell. Not a big deal. The basket has a nice volume and feels sturdy. It was nice that this basket attaches to 3 points on the handle bar frame, not the axle. Our bikes have suspension, so front axle mounting is not an option. Some people complain their basket fell off. On our bikes, I am certain there is no possibility of dislodging during our urban usage. The 3 points of attachment are very tightly secured. Some people complain the basket rattles. Due to the basket's detachment feature there are several points of metal-on-metal movement that create rattles. The noise was similar to a shopping cart in the parking lot. I took some high quality 3M vinyl tape and wrapped it around the interfaces where the basket moves on the mounting frame of metal. Viola, rattles are gone.

This basket is even better than I had expected it to be! It is the perfect size, and was so easy to attach to my bicycle. It has a quick-release option, so I'll be able to remove the basket to use it when I go to the farmers' market, then easily re-secure it before heading home. It's such a nice, vibrant colour. Such a great deal!

Basket is perfect for the front of my bike - I put a little pillow in the bottom for my dog and he loves it, and it's big enough that I can carry a substantial amount of groceries. Handles being down locks it in place so it doesn't move while I'm riding but makes it easy to come off when I need to carry it. Exactly what I needed.
