I absolutely LOVE these noodles!! The price is reasonable for the value & quality - it is for a 2 pk, and if you use one whole package, pump it up with sliced veggies (I add chicken as well), it can make MANY meals! One pack made into a cold noodle salad feeds two of us almost all week for lunches! I heat water to a rolling boil, turn the stove off, and put the noodles in for 3-4 minutes. Then I drain and do a cold rinse-they're perfect! Had to leave a review when I came to order more;)

We've been looking for brown rice noodles to have with our marinara sauce because we aren't fans of the "whole wheat" pasta. This filled the void but the price tag is hard to swallow!

I have been searching for a noodle perfect to make Pancit. These are it! Delicious, so thin , and they don't stick together after cooking. One warning -- the package directions are not sufficient to soften these noodles. It says to soak in water for 5 minutes, drain and rinse in hot water. The noodles were not nearly soft enough after 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes. I ended up soaking them in hot water about 40 minutes before they were perfect. Next time, I will dunk them in boiling water til done.

This MAMA brand is the best thus far of wheat/brown rice noodles. Noodles are very fine, smooth in texture, and cook in less than 2 mins. More nutritious w/13% fiber per cup (50gram), no sugar & almost no salt. Can be eaten with broth or by itself. Not sure how it'll hold up if stir/pan fried.

I started to switch everything that is white rice related to brown rice . I love how chewy it is and it’s great for stir fry.

If you need gluten free noodles these are perfect! Easy to cook and delicious!

I like it, coz it's whole wheat

Easy to make and tastes just like rice noodles should. I will repeat my purchase in the future.
