We really love the rainfall shower and additional features like the led lights, temp reading, and glass shelves. It looks very expensive. The handheld showerhead is plastic, which would have been nice if it was chrome. It was easy to install. Overall great item for the price.

Bought in July 2022 and installed in August when renovating my bathroom. Worked great in the beginning and a beautiful unit. In Feb just 7 months of owning this unit we turned in the shower to find that water was leaking out of the back of the unit and no pressure out of the shower. Contacted the company and they said they would send the part but would take 4-6 weeks!! Did not buy this for it to only work for a few months before the valves go bad. 4-6 weeks to wait is absolutely ridiculous it’s less than a year so you should at least replace the unit if you can’t get the part in a reasonable amount of time.

We ordered this almost a month ago to replace an even more expensive shower panel we’d order. The other one wouldn’t mix so it was either scalding or freezing and the rain and waterfall settings sprayed sideways. This one did take over three weeks to show up but it’s so worth it. We installed this today and it took two people to get it up and running. The hoses aren’t the best quality and took several attempts to get threaded correctly so it wouldn’t leak. Once finally installed, it’s a dream! Each setting works independently so you can’t do multiple at a time but I’ve never had a more relaxing shower. There’s a little motor that runs with the water to run the temp and timer screen as well as the lights. Such a nice touch! The pressure is perfect and the different settings are something I never realized I needed in a shower until this bathroom remodel. So happy we’re returning the $330 junk one and got better quality for cheaper!

Quality: Not bad and looks clean, but the shelf on these are quite loose and will start sloping.

Parts malfunction in less than two years. Caused major leak

The hand shower outlet is on the left side exactly where our soap dish sits. The copper, plastic covered, water supply lines are impossible to work with. Very difficult to bend and in no way will they go through the shower wall to the water supply. A reinforced plastic hose, longer than these, would be much better. If I keep the shower they will have to be replaced. The kit is good quality with the exceptions I've noted. I will try it tonight and let you know the outcome. The shower does not have a water volume control and is very unpleasant when it is blasting you. The body shower outlets are way too strong. The rainfall shower is way too much, sort of like standing in the rain in a hurricane. The one thing I like is the water temperature indicator/timer. Method of creating power for the lights is very innovative. I will return this unit even after the struggle to install it. The install/operation manual is pathetic.

This product looks great on screen. The installation was fairly straightforward. Works great for about 4 months. Then the digital display starts flashing, then stops working all together. Finally, the water pressure regresses. Yes, I installed the filters provided. Currently, in the market looking for a more reliable unit. #beware
