Poor packaging
The candles came very poorly packaged in a flimsy box inside the Amazon box and the glass holders were just crashing into each other. Two of the holders were broken but I will just deal with it. Love the candles.

Great Customer Service
5 stars especially for customer service. The first order had 3 broken lamps. We reached out to the customer service and they shipped a replacement order immediately. The lamps are also fantastic.

This is the second time I bought it The glass is broken had the problem the first time too but let it go So when buying this product you can expect it to come all damaged
