This is a fabulous knee pillow for those who may have trouble with knee pain at night. I purchased it due to knee and hip pain during the night. I have been able to sleep on my back with it under both knees, or on my side with it between my knees. I have found that I have been able to sleep better and wake with much less stiffness and less pain in the morning. I have fibromyalgia and arthritis and it has helped considerably.

One star for Amazon service but the pillow was defective. It did not expand and the foam was discolored. Totally useless
