Culantro ,recao seeds Review: Very long germination time, but growing well. - These seeds took FOREVER to germinate (didn't see anything for over a month) in southeast Texas, so I abandoned watchint the containers I planted them in. They were in part shade outdoors and got water almost every day. I didn't have time to plant anything else in the containers, so I was surprised when I saw seedlings coming up around 6 weeks later after days of heavy rain in the second half of June. Not sure if I planted too early, or if culantro needs a long time to germinate, or they must be completely saturated for days to germinate, but they are growing fine now. This is my first time growing culantro but I've grown other, more common herbs for years. I'm happy with them now that I see they do have a high germination rate once they finally come up! Review: Not worth it - Poor germination rate. I didn't get any to grow.

Real culantro seeds
Seeds germinated but hard to grow in zone 7b. This herb likes humid and sunny weather like the tropics.

Took 16 days to germinate
I have tried for the past 3 months trying to germinate culantro for my friend. He had seeds that wouldnt grow gave them to me .I tried waiting a over a month several different ways. No luck. So I ordered these seeds 1st try ..Success !. These seeds can not dry out waiting to sprout and need to on top of the soil. Keep them covered and mist daily and open them for fresh air daily.
