2nd Update: Kemimoto reached out to me and worked with me to resolve my issue. Their customer service really helped me out with my problem and replaced my broken unit. I am updating to 5-stars! Thank you for your help, Kemimoto! Update: after waiting for over a month on replacement mount parts, it was working fine until today. It has power, but the power switch is not working. It stays in standby mode when I power it on. Boat anchor after 8 months of use. Well, I purchased this soundboard as a Prime Day special. Went to install it and not one of the mount clamp bolts would thread into the blocks. The machining of the M6 threads was definitely incomplete or flawed, or off center. Once each bolt was started, it would immediately bind up. The first bolt that we installed ended up getting seized in the mount and completely stripped the aluminum threads out of the mount. Then, when I was trying to chase the threads with a tap, one of the mounts completely broke. I tried using the Amazon assistant to see if I can get a replacement mount, but I didn't get anywhere. I don't know if I just had a bad set of mounts or if there are consistent quality control issues, but I am unable to install this unit now because of faulty parts. I really don't want to mess with returning it, but I don't know what to do. I would like to get some new mounts, but I don't know if the new ones would have the same problem.

So it was much bigger than I expected but nothing to complain about. Sound is decent but don’t expect real good base. It is very loud. Comes with a nice 5mm Allen wrench tool. The only power hook up option is through a 12 cigarette power plug in. I snipped off the end and ran the wire into my side by side power bus bar which wasn’t a big deal. Looks good and a good value for the price. Now the cons. Good thing it came with extra nuts that slide into the speaker bar that the bolts connect to. First one snapped like it was nothing so watch how much umpf you are putting to the Allen wrench. The bolts for clamping to the bar insert from to top of the clamp. This is a major pain in the arse if you have a roof and are tightening those down. Also when the power is off it reverts back to 21 on the volume and you have to hit the power button to get it to turn on. It at least remembers the last blue tooth it was hooked up to. Other than that should work very well and will be loud enough when out cruising around. Would buy again.

I was so excited about this sound bar and when we got it... It was amazing! It says it is waterproof which is total BS! My son got it in water once! Not even totally submerged in water and I can barely hear it now! I strongly suggest not waisting money on a waterproof speaker that is not actually waterproof!!!!!

Installed this in our 2020 Kawasaki KRX 1000. Includes mounts worked on the stock cage. Install is pretty straight forward just use included power supply cord plugged into cigarette lighter plugin. I did purchase a toggle on off switch and cigarette lighter plug switch so i could plug in behind my seats. As for the quality of the sound i would call it good. Not a lot of bass, volume level works well in the our sxs and the KRX is not quite. It pairs easily to my phone I use Spotify as my music source. I feel the quality, sound quality are fair for what i paid under 250.00. If your looking to have tunes on the go i think youll be happy, if your looking to be heard before you show up this unit is not for you.

The first speaker the sound quit within a month but the customer service representatives were awesome. They got a new speaker sent out to me within two or three days

Easy to install and great sound and quality even when going 50+ mph in my side by side!

Took the speaker for a ride last night in a 22 Pro XP. The speaker was very easy to install and seems of quality construction. The most important thing to know is the speaker is not loud enough as the stock exhaust drowns it out to the point you can barely hear it with the volume turned all the way up. It should also be noted the sound has distortion when turned all the way up. After spending almost $300 I will now be trying to sell it to buy something I can actually hear while cruising. I wanted it to be great, but it just isn't. **Update** After Kemimoto read my review they reached out to me about the issues I had with performance and sound. They asked for input on improvements and really seemed to care about the quality of their sound bar. Their customer service was great to work with to resolve my issues.

I installed another model Kemimoto on a friend's golf cart. It sounded great, turned on when the ignition turned on. The only thing I didn't like was the flashing lights, which come on each time it powers up. Why have Red and Blue lights flashing? The police don't like that and will ticket you if they see it. So I bought this non-lighted model, BUT it requires you to press the on button every time you start the vehicle. So for that reason only, I have to give it only 3 stars. After all, this extra step limits mounting locations too. Because it must be mounted within arm's reach.
