I’ve been taking Tribe Organics Ashwagandha for a couple of months now and the results have been noticeable. The first thing I liked was that it’s organic, with no weird fillers or junk in the capsules. It feels like a clean product that I don’t have to second guess. What I’ve noticed the most is a steady improvement in stress management and sleep quality. I don’t crash or feel “knocked out,” but I definitely fall asleep easier and stay asleep longer. During the day, I feel a bit more level-headed and not as easily irritated. It’s subtle at first, but after a couple weeks it becomes clear that it’s working. I bought TRIBE ORGANICS Ashwagandha because it’s organic, and I’m very happy with it. I’ve had menopause symptoms, and my doctor recommended Ashwagandha. Since taking it, my symptoms have gotten much better. The best part is that my mood, which used to go up and down a lot, is now much better, and my life feels easier. I also like that it doesn’t have a strong smell. If you’re looking for good organic Ashwagandha at a fair price, I highly recommend it.

They are easy to swallow. I’ve noticed they are helpful with stress relief and I am having better quality of sleep since I have been taking them.

I have originally purchased the 90 capsules, and since I like the product I went ahead and ordered the 120 and to my surprise the ingredients are different, and the pictures do not mentions anything about rice or milk. As seen on my pictures attached to my review, this particular product contains milk constituent and organic rice fiber, also it is not vegan, nor kosher etc as the one I owned. The lid is also different from the one I have. The guy that helped me on Amazon raised a ticket due to my concern and experience with these product or vendor. To this point I’m confused and concerned because people allergic to rice or milk can be affected negatively. Please always read your health supplements products once they arrive.
