I own about 7 watches including a Tissot and Seiko. I really like this Sturling as an everyday watch. It looks nice, is functional and you don’t have to worry about some water damaging it. More importantly, it’s reasonably priced. Time—no pun intended—will determine its durability and longevity. However, currently I’m very pleased with this purchase!

BUYER BEWARE. Thought I would give this watch a chance as it was on sale during prime day. Should have been more skeptical to see how highly discounted it was. Noticed a couple of reviews that concerned me, but thought I would still give it a chance . Can’t believe I wasted my money on warranty for a watch to come broken twice. The first watch ordered would not start and the replacement wouldn’t either . Complete waste of energy. Do better than shipping out defective watches that people then need to waste their timing shipping back and forth to you to fix. Actually quite disgusting business practice.

I have received so many compliments about the beauty of this watch. The band is very comfortable and the 42mm watch is easy to read. The only reason I gave it four stars is I've only had it a couple of weeks. I'll review again after one year.

This is a great looking watch and offered at a decent price. The fit is good. As a scuba diver, I'm very tempted to "temp fate" by doing shallow dives while wearing it since it states "waterproof" to 100 meters. I'll first test it out in the pool and then while snorkeling.**EDIT** Repeatedly dived to approx 30 meters and the watch had no issues.I like the fact that the moveable bezel only spins in one direction. That looms large in the diving world. I really wish that the movement "ticked" correctly atop each of the 60 hash marks. That is annoying especially for the $.I bought this as a timepiece which I thought would look handsome (I think it is) but not be so expensive that if it were lost, stolen or damaged while traveling, I wouldn't be upset. This fits that bill adequately. And, if I really wanted a truly suitable watch to wear while diving, I would not have made this purchase.
