Bought this for working in the loft, sick of bashing my head on the rafters. Fits me and I am a XL size, also fits the wife and she is a Small. Easy to adjust, does the job and protects your noggin

Good quality hard hard. The tightening belt is very good and keeps the hat securely on your head at all times.

It's useful to have a helmet with the adjustments that allow you to modify the fit and tightness to the head with a jog wheel, but to be honest, It's not a good fit if you have a larger head than the norm, looks ridiculous.Also the JSP lining/cap that I bought with it wouldn't fit a child.Overall disappointed but should do the trick when I need to get on site with my job.My advice is try them on in a shop rather than gamble on Amazon
