Great quality, does what is supposed to. This is being used in treatment for a dog, so I can't speak to ease of use or effect on stomach, but the dog doesn't seem to have any issues with it. It's larger than the other pills, but the dog doesn't care I'd it's in a treat or pill pocket. No visible side effects I can see, but apparently it's working.

I did my research on phytoestrogens and it said that Lignans and Isoflavones were the way to go! I bought this bottle and my isoflavones. From day 1 - they worked. I went from an inferno sweating mess, to normal with the rare occasional flare up. I experimented with amounts, taking different times a day, taking as pills, putting in coffee, in a smoothie or on top of yogurt. For me, I just take 3 in the morning. I'm not a big pill taker so I opened the capsules and put in my coffee, yogurt, or smoothie. It just gives whatever I add it to a bit of a nutty flavor. Goes down super easy. Oh - I should mention, that all the other menopause symptoms also went away. I highly recommend for any lady going through the m'pause...THIS WORKS!

Im new to this product. My vet actually told me about this product for my dog. She has hormonal thyroid issues among other stuff and she thought my dog would benifit from this product. So far so good. Shes small, a senior and has only one tooth so I break open thecapsule and put it on her food. It must taste ok as well cause she licks it right up. Too soon to tell how it will affect her over all but were happy with it from our observations at this point.

This product is part of a natural daily dietary regimen recommended for my dog who was diagnosed with Cushings disease over 3 years ago. She was tried on two other very expensive and potentially dangerous medications that did little to control her Cushings symptoms. It was explained to me by my vet that the Univ. of Tennessee at Knoxville has done extensive research on alternative supplements for controlling Cushings disease in dogs. After the University reviewed my Goldendoodle's bloodwork, they made a recommendation for a combination of Flaxseed Lignans and Melatonin in a proportion right for her. She has done extremely well since! While nothing but risky and expensive surgery could make her Cushings free this has been an excellent alternative therapy; she is virtually symptom free AND has a normal life expectancy. Note: please don't use my review to self diagnose - Cushings in dogs can be and usually is a dangerous and debilitating disease and use of natural alternatives needs to be carefully evaluated and recommended in appropriate dosages by a trained veterinarian.

I ran across flaxseed lignans while searching "Cushings Disease on the internet. I finally tried the product and am amazed as to how well it improved the condition of my Chihuahua. Within the first week I noticed that she had stopped the panting and the large water intake associated with the disease. It has been 3 weeks now and weak limbs and getting stronger and her coat is starting to grow back around her head and ears. Haven't had a problem of too much fiber in her diet with this product as reporter by some buyers reviews. I give her 25mg table a day with her breakfast.I don't know if there are any studies on the long term use of this product, but I can truly say it has given her back a good quality of life. The dog is going on 14 years old and I thought all of her problems were just old age until I had my vet look at her. This is a miracle product for my dog.
