AH-EAE10NA Glass Vacuum Carafe, 1.0 Liter, Gold

Zojirushi makes really good products. I wanted a glass lined carafe for morning coffee that was also easy to dispense the coffee. This hits the mark with the push down top to allow coffee to flow and press it again to seal the heat in. This was pricey, but worth the money. Easy to rinse out, including the top. Some staining of the white plastic interior of the top but I’m ok with that. The interior glass gets stained from the coffee but adding a little bit of dishwasher detergent and fill it with water, let sit for an hour and use a bottle brush to remove any stubborn coffee stains, rinse and ready to go. Never immerse into tub of water! Recommend to anyone who wants hot coffee that’s easy to use.

Fantastic product! Beautiful in my white kitchen, super functional: love the spout, glass quality and it’s easy to operate and clean! I use it everyday! Highly recommend!

Zojirushi is known to make premium home products and this carafe is reflective of that––this is a very well-constructed, substantial carafe. I'm a prolific tea drinker and instead of having to boil water multiple times throughout the day, I can do it once, fill up this carafe, and have hot water all day long. Per the instructions, I make sure to preheat the carafe for several minutes with hot water to ensure that it retains heat. The exterior of the carafe never gets hot and remains completely cool to the touch. Similarly with cold drinks like ice tea, I pre-cool with cold water to ensure that it retains chill. The pour is very steady and does not drip. It's completely safe to use and will not leak so long as you properly use the stopper button (see photos) and ensure that the cap is twisted on tightly! One side note: I have the gold version and I would say that the tone is akin to a rose gold and not a true gold. It's a beautiful color but something to keep in mind. I've placed a copper tumbler besides it to show its close hue.

I bought this for my roommates because they kept breaking the glass and ceramic carafes. It does keep the coffee warm for a couple hours but not hot. Would probably work a bit better if they primed it with hot water first but they don’t. Looks nice but not sure it’s worth $50.

I use this every day works very well. I like it.

Didn't hold temp and the cap leaked

Zojirushi carafe never disappoint. Its great carafe, really keep temperature for long time and I think it is pretty. Would buy again for sure. I had one that last really long years but it broke after many years of use Hope this will also last long.

Hot tea temperature drops 20 degrees F in 10 minutes. Pathetic.

I bought it couple of days ago.for second time that I used the water comes from whole of the lead!!!!it doesn’t worth at all

Personally I found it a bit small for my use case. It's nice looking and better build quality than their stainless one. Loses heat fairly quickly. About average heat retention in my experience. But since it's only 1 liter it's not a big issue. Love the glass interior.

It’s a nice and high quality product . I am very satisfied with it.

I usually make a full pot of good coffee in the morning and regeat it in the microwave by midday, but it never tastes the same. This carafe keeps a pot of coffee hot all day, up to 12 hours and it tastes just as good as when it was brewed. A bit expensive but worth the money. Zojirushi makes great thermal flasks, too.

The product is fine. But it is a used one.
