Great book!
I injured my foot and back and wanted to still work out with something that I could do that would not do more damage. This book was amazing for modified and exercises that helped me still be able to do things while recovering and getting over vertigo. The recipes are great as well.

An amazibg book. Well worth Amazon price.
This book provides realistic exercises that help with all aspects of your body. There is also an entire section of enticing, recipes that are healthy. I have to say I am impressed. My goal is to lose 10 lbs. This provides an easy solution very doable. Highly recommend to anyone either starting out on a weight loss, loss, journey, or just trying to slide back into healthy exercises.Was gonna return at first glance then decided nope too worth the $😀

Nice quick workout
I bought this with the thought that sometimes it is just hard to find 30 minutes or longer to work out. These 7 minute workouts are great. They are simple moves that have a huge impact. For someone who is starting to work out these are great.

Excellent Book
Very clear book, well written. Usually a book this price would not have such a great quality. The pictures are great and the advise is on point-I personally use baskets for the supermarket rather than shopping carts and while I have a car, prefer to walk to the super and carry my bags as a form of exercise, just as she advises on the book. I have been taking Lucy's classes on YouTube since April 2020 and love them, as long as I am able will continue to take them as I do see a difference on my body.

Great Workouts with No Equipment Needed
My onlu.issue is the print in this book on Kindle form can be hard to read, otherwise its filled with great routines.
