I am upgrading this to 5 stars. Initially I took one stick one time. But after trying it over a course of a week I got results with relaxation/sleep and digestive/constipation issues which started to get this “moving” finally. Great at making me sleep. The strawberry lime was pretty good. Definitely has a slight tartness. Might try the raspberry lemon next go round. Will continue to use this product for relaxation and digestive issues.

I absolutely love this magnesium powder. Not only does it taste great, but it sure does work. It lasts a very long time and although the price may seem like a lot, it is a good investment. I have used this before and will be buying again when I run out which I'm sure won't be for a long while. Definitely recommend.

Es excelente llevo más de tres años tomándolo , Me va genial ,para sueño ,relajar, estreñimiento.se disuelve perfectamente y sabor agradable Y tb tomo el citrato de potasio de la misma marca es el duo perfecto. Me alegra q esté en Amazon ya q antes no lo tenían .. Y cantidad es verdad q viene un poco más de medio bote pero rinde bastante. Comparado con otros q no se disuelven y quedan como arenilla . Yo lo suelo tomar antes de las seis de la tarde y me va genial .. Lo recomiendo 💯
