This is good, crisp, pickled ginger but quite a bit spicier than average. I have recently had difficulty finding pickled ginger at local grocers, so I ordered it on Amazon. It was very well packaged and sealed to withstand transport and delivery. The price was competitive, and it doesn't appear to have any pink dyes. However, it really had a spicy bite to it; so, if you have a mild or sensitive palate, this might not work for you. I love ginger, and it is perfect for my tastes.

This is the only kind I ever want to buy—so good
The best I have ever had. This is the only kind I want from now on. I could eat it straight from the jar. Better than the pink one. The taste and texture are 10 out of 10. Great quality, great flavor. Absolutely delicious!!

Taste great, taste fresh very aromatic!
These are really good. They have a nice crunch. The jar comes packed full. I like that they are sugar free. I do wish they had a different kind of artificial sweetener but I don't use it that often so occasionally I don't mind. I do wish they came in a glass jar as well. The flavor is amazing. The container is very sturdy though and shipped well. like that they arent colored.

It's so delicious!
Will purchase again and again. Hubby and I eat it directly from the jar. Not because we have no home training but because this pickled ginger is so delicious.

This sushi ginger arrived fresh and delicious. The flavor is bright, exactly what good pickled ginger should be. Not watery, not bland — just really tasty. I’m already looking forward to our next homemade sushi night, because rolls, wasabi, and ginger like this are the perfect combo. Honestly, you can’t imagine a better addition to sushi. Very happy with this purchase and would definitely buy it again.
