Works great for us.
Easy to set up and works great. This scale matched our other scales in the house without any adjustments. The wheels and handles make it easy to move and store. Still has some weight to it. My parents are elderly and picking up anything that is 20lbs or more from the floor would be a struggle and this scale is every bit of that. If you are able to pick up 20lbs from the floor then you should have no problem.

Not easy to use
This requires a lot of assembly and the instructions are in a different language. The description indicates that it is portable but it is very heavy so it is not really portable .

Was easy to assemble and weighs accurately.

Simple instructions
I gave it a 4 star, but it could have been a 5.... the instructions are not very clear. I am 68 and need a simpler how to instruction.

Waste of time and money
Never got to use it due to I couldn't get it calibrated. I called several places looking for help but Noone did residential service.

Only works for a short time
No stars. Second one I bought for my 98 year old father. Becasue of heart issues, he must be weighed every day. First one stop working after six months. Foolishly I ordered another one and it stopped after fourt months. Worked fine while it lasted, but short life span for the money!!!
