This product works great, it’s very easy to install and has held up very well, the color matched my other products perfectly. There has not been any discoloration or signs of wear or tear. It is made of a metal material with some good quality weight to it without being too heavy for its purpose. I do not like plastic and the fact that it does not hold up. This is a very good quality product and I have been using it for over a year now and still very pleased with the quality and performance. Yes I recommend this product highly

The item is very heavy duty and the bronze color matches our Moan fixtures perfectly. The item comes with 2 tubes of adhesive. You only use a few drops and it adheres perfectly. We have smooth tiles which helped in the adhesion.

I was highly skeptical about this holder. I had purchased a similar item from a local outlet and it did not fit my shower head. I was concerned this holder would also not fit my Waterpik, that the installation might be difficult and the glue would not hold. However, it did fit, the installation was a breeze and the glue holds beautifully. Directions for the glue state that you can use the shower after 48hrs, but 72hrs is best. I did wait the full 72 hours. The glue is fantastic - very secure hold. Excellent product!

The finish is very nice and the item is made out of solid metal, not cold painted plastic. I just now installed it and that was a disappointment. There are so many new types of adhesives that are not glues. This unit had to be spread with a glue like substance and pressed into a tile to place it I don't know if it could ever be removed without damaging the tile because the instructions do not address the issue.It is attractive and expensive-looking.

The holder for the handheld shower was way too high for me, I had to stand on my tiptoes to disengage it. This new holder was very easy to install, I waited 72 hours before I put the shower head into it as suggested. It’s now the perfect height for me. I glued it to the tile a bit to the right and not directly below the original holder so the metal hose could hang down straight.

This is quality made out of metal. The ball joint is firm and sturdy. It won't budge if accidentally bumped. I haven't used the glue that comes with it so I can't vouch how good it is yet. I'll update if I find a problem with it. The chrome finish is perfect.

I am in love with the shower head that this holder matches exactly. I wanted an extra holder to place lower down so I can shower without getting my hair wet if I don't want to. The instructions are in non-native English but understandable enough. They tell you to put "dots" of glue around the outer perimeter on the back of the holder and show you a diagram demonstrating placement of the dots. However, they do not include anything labeled "glue." One must assume that the tiny tubes of sealant are the glue to be used. Including two tubes seems excessive, as only a few "dots" are required, but two tubes almost were not enough, as both of them were so old that the contents had dried to the point that nothing would squeeze out of them. I finally cut a corner off the bottom of one of the tubes to extract enough sealant to apply the dots as directed. They also included two adhesive pieces to hold the thing in place for 48 or, preferably, 72 hours before attempting to use it. So that means it will be three days before I know if this will stay up or not. Also, even though the holder socket is adjustable, it is not recommended to adjust the angle of the shower head once the holder has dried sufficiently to be cleared for use, as it is so tight as to be almost immovable. Therefore, I recommend installing it exactly where you want it to be the first time and do not ever try to move or adjust it again. I have two more days to go before I can remove the adhesive strips and actually use the holder, so I will come back and add another star if it does not fall down right away and, if it is still up a month from now, I will declare it a success and add the fifth star to the review.

It works great and glad I bought it.It comes with a glue and I let it sit for couple of hours but it shifted a little so maybe it needed more drying? Recommend drying longer. It left a little mark because it shifted.
