I was a 38E pre reduction surgery. I think these (like all post op bras) run small and tight. I found this to be the most comfortable. It was snug, but not too tight. I can easily wear at night.

I have worn size XL and bought size XL. This size of bra works completely correct for me.

I am a 38C...I have the XL..it fit great..I have since ordered the other 2 colors..Look at the sizing..order your true size around..don't worry about the cup size..it has compression..but also is stetchy..this was the best bra after surgery for me..and I tried at leadt a dozen..I didn't have reduction..I had Breast Cancer Surgery..I needed the compression..
