Good Products Appears to be Well
Works fine, good value for the price, comes with the silicone cover, case and strap. Screen rotates no matter which way device is positioned, so it’s very quick and easy to read. There’s both the pulseox and bpm. Results are displayed timely.

Great product. Great value
I have been using your product everday for the past 10 days . This is a very well made product. It is easy to read and understand. It gave me an accurate and quick reading of my oxygen saturation and heart beats per minute. I like that it automatically shuts off when not in use. I like the fact that it uses AAA batteries, which are easy to find at almost any store. The pulse Oximeter unit fits snugly on my finger without falling off. I did not care for the silicone protective cover that came with the pulse Oximeter. It did not stay on very well. I felt that it may interfere with getting an accurate reading so I took it off. I really enjoyed the handy carrier provided with the unit. It made it so easy to take the pulse Oximeter with me wherever I went. With all that is going on in the world with COVID 19, I feel that this product is very important in monitoring one's health. It can allow you to see if your oxygen or heart rate is abnormal and can help you spot any irregularities. The AccuMed Pulse Oximeter is a great product at a great value.

good value for the money
this is a good product, fairly accurate, and works well. the only draw back that I don't like about this product is the blue silicone cover on it, it is not a very good fit and keeps sliding off, other than that I'm very happy with this product.

Useful, but battery insertion direction is opposite what you think
The product seems reasonably repeatable, but be sure to try multiple fingers. I got differences in HR of up to 20 BPM just depending on finger, and an occasional Oxygen reading way out of line with the previous reading on the same finger. Still, it is easy to use, simple to read, and you can switch finger-to-finger or hand-to-hand while it is running without needing to restart. I got best results applying slight pressure. The display flips over when you switch hands, which makes it convenient when using on one's self. Important: look carefully inside the battery case for the direction the batteries go. This is the first device I have ever seen where 1 battery uses the springy end for the positive end, and the other battery uses it for the negative end. Totally different than every other device out there I have used. Of course I got it wrong, as will many people. Reading the negative reviews saying "doesn't work" or "dead batteries", I suspect many had simply inserted one of the batteries the wrong way -- meaning the the most intuitive way. Whoever designed the battery case guaranteed reports of product failure on perfectly fine units due to having a counterintuitive direction.

Love this!
I tried the AccuMed fingertip pulse ox (AC-CMS50DL-BLUE ) and found it to be a useful product as a nursing student. The fingertip pulse-ox was very easy to carry in my pocket and very useful to have on hand. It reads very quickly and has an easy to read display screen. I especially like that it shows the waveform on the screen and that it will display in either direction. That is much easier and quicker to get an accurate reading when you need it. The silicone case is easy to clean and sanitize after using and is a nice added feature of this particular pulse ox. I also like the carrying case with lanyard, that gives it added protection against damage while in my clinical bag. I enjoy having a small portable pulse ox to carry in my pocket instead of having to rely on a bulky one that is hardwired to a larger device. It is much quicker and has the easy to read screen for a fast reading on a patient’s oxygen level. When time really matters in a patient’s condition, it is nice to have reliable, easy to use equipment on hand, within reach.

Excellent device shipped with a lot of accessories
I received this item from Amazon very quickly (two days via Prime) and upon unboxing, noted that the oximeter not only came with a nylon carrying pouch that can attach to a belt, but also a lanyard, two AAA batteries, and a silicone cover (more on that later). Fit and finish wise, this appears to be a well-made product. I really loved the way that the display will automatically change orientation when the unit is turned in various angles. The screen on the unit had a protective film on it that was easily peeled off. One thing I didn’t like is that the included silicone cover doesn’t fit tightly and when you use the oximeter, the bottom of it falls off immediately. It can be irritating and make not want to use it. If it were a tad tighter, it’s definitely a good idea since these small devices tend to take a beating when not being used and carried in a pocket, purse, or other. Battery installation was not difficult initially, but when one initially looks at the battery contact points, one gets the impression that both batteries are installed in the same direction. That is not correct. There are “+” and “-“ signs molded into the plastic, albeit they are somewhat close together and might be confusing to someone who can’t see very well. My first use of the oximeter was a tad unnerving because my first reading displayed an %SpO2 of 87, but subsequent uses displayed results in the 90’s (whew!!!). Women should note that this device won't work very well if you wear nail polish, especially a darker tone. My wife has gel nails and with a light pink tone, her %Sp02 was only 87, hence the warning about the nail polish (which is mentioned in the enclosed directions). For the price sold on Amazon, I believe the AccuMed is an excellent buy and I highly recommend it for patients who may have congestive heart failure and/or COPD. It’s very well made and comes with a few extras that you might otherwise have to purchase. Well done, AccuMed!
