12/02/2025 I have been using this mat for 5 days now. My sleep is amazing. I am sleeping less hours but so deep that I feel like I’ve slept 20 hours. Also a pain I have been having in my right foot has diminished from 20 to a 2. To me that’s amazing. I recommend this mat. 12/08/2025 - Update: I have been using this mat for 11days now. I use it continuously as much as possible. I have it under my work desk all day and then take it to bed and lay it at my feet. For many years I have had neuropathy on both my feet/legs and fingers on both hands. I slowly started loosing feeling and strength in both legs and hands but felt no pain. Since there was no pain it was easier to live with although scared of the long term decline. Due to the neuropathy, any injury to my legs takes a very long time to heal. Even a very small scratch can widen to double or triple its original size and take weeks, even months, to heal. In September I had a very small injury near my right ankle. Everything I tried only made it worse. Spreading wide and covering half of my foot now. Doctors have been no help. In desperation, and increasing fear of losing my foot I started searching for anything that could aid in my healing. That's when I saw an ad for grounding products and how it may help with circulation and nerve regeneration. I immediately bought this mat on Amazon. Initially the pain from my injury had almost completely vanished after using the mat for a few days. Wasn't even needing any pain medication. The feelings in both my legs was pleasant not painful. I could feel movement maybe like small barely noticeable electricity running up and down my legs. Again not painful or uncomfortable. After years of minimum sensation this was a good feeling. For the last 3 days, this has changed. The injury is healing at an amazing speed. The fact that it is healing has me feeling so happy. It isn't spreading anymore and instead it has dried out and scabbing. BUT I am now feeling everything in my legs and feet. EVERYTHING! The nerves in my legs seem to be regenerating and while I couldn't be happier about that the pain is intense. The pain at my injury sight on my right foot now feels like what it looks like, a bad burn. I feel it in its entirety. Prior to the grounding I knew it was there but I di not feel it as much. I did feel some pain and did take pain medications occasionally but nothing like what I am feeling now. My toes shoot pain up both my legs. I have gone from feeling almost nothing to feeling even the slightest touch. I will continue to update everyone as I go along my healing journey. Grounding is a long term healing modality and not something you do occasionally. The benefits seem to be cumulative as time goes on and can be so small that you may think it isn't doing anything. I saw changes from the very first day and that increased my faith in it. Now just 11 days later I am seeing/feeling real progress in my legs and there may be more progress that I have not noticed yet. I look forward to the progress I will see in the next 30. 60, 90 days and beyond. By the way, I recommended this mat to my cousin who was suffering from severe panic attacks and was barely sleeping. She has been using it for a few days now and this is what she has experienced: sleeping through the night and falling asleep with no need to take sleeping pills. A decrease in severity and frequency of her panic attacks. Lastly, regular bowel movements after severe constipation. I have experienced this too but I had attributed it more to a diet change than to the use of the grounding mat. I talk about this healing modality to anyone and everyone who will listen. In conclusion for today; don't think about it. Buy this mat, or any grounding mat/product, even if you do not have severe health issues or any health concerns right now. Buy it! Use it! You will not regret it. And if you do not want to spend the money right now, then walk outside on grass barefoot for at least 30 minutes everyday and that will give you the same benefits. My experience has been so positive that I have ordered additional grounding products. I have also researched this method of healing. There are scientific and medical papers online, check them out. There is also a documentary featuring the person who initially discovered the connection between grounding and healing which you can view on their website. They call it Earthing which is the same as grounding. I pray that your benefits from using this method of healing helps you as much as it is helping me. Third Update 12/31/2025 I have been grounding for a little over a month. I have more to report. When you have poor circulation in your legs two things are very noticeable, hair stops growing in your legs and any little wound, even a scratch, leaves a nasty lasting scar. I never associated no hair to bad circulation because I had cleverly (or so I thought) used a device that was supposed to help stop the hair from growing. That was over a decade ago. but now my hair has started growing again. I know it is completely due to Grounding. The nerves have continued to regenerate. I feel it. Still painful but not desperately so. My legs and feet feel like they are bussing all day and night. The feeling is not unpleasant, I can feel everything now, even the slightest touch. The other thing I have noticed is the scars on my legs seem to be fading. I am not sure yet but I am documenting with pictures to see if they change. I will let you know.

Ok so while some products on this site may not work as intended this mat does. i also bought the earthing rod to use wit the mat. I put this at the foot of my bed, above the sheet so my mid calfs/ankles and feet rest on it skin to mat. I connected the mat to the grounding wire, stuck the rod in the socket and ran the wire outside my bedroom window and stuck it deep into the ground. First night i had weird dreams, typically i dont dream and if i do i never remember them. 2nd night and every night after no dreams, yay. just slumber, yay. i look at my fitbit every day to see if my sleep is altered and it is, i have gained about an hour of more deeper sleep every day, less waking up at night as well. (iwill point out that sleep isn't an issue for me, it is my friend and typically strive to get enough of it.) I noticed that when on the mat it relaxes me right out, kinda like when u drink a glass of wine, that same feeling i get, super relaxed, and less stressed. I don't have any major illnesses, my health is good so all i need is this size mat, don't need anything bigger, i just sleep with it every night. The other major thing i noticed is that it moves my lymph like no bodies business! i was actually seeing someone at my chiropractors office for homeopathic lymph treatment n accupuncture, i started that 3/4 wks before i got the mat and it was slow going, it did help so ikept going. i noticed that while at the chiro office they used a grounding mat under my feet so from that i thought i would look into getting one for myself at home. I did and by the 2nd nite the lymph was back to normal, zero lymph issues infact. Loving that part alone, that and the improved sleep. the other thing it helped was it removed any stiffness and slight achiness, i was taking a supplement for that daily that worked but i found i don't need to take the supplement for that any longer. so that's cool. One more thing, i read that some individuals can feel a lil tingling, well im one of them, so that's pretty cool, i only feel it in my feet and lower leg area, ever so subtle, lil zaps of something or other, which i didn't think i would feel anything, but who knew. Unfortunately i do not get outside in this hot FL weather, i simply love the beach but am not outside that much so this helps tremedously. When i do go out though i will def remove the shoes and let the earth do it's work.

Great starter option if you’re wanting to give grounding a try. Easy to set up and easy to use. You won’t feel anything, but you’ll probably begin to sleep better and have fewer aches and pains.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ LIFE-CHANGING for My Plantar Fasciitis! I am a 48-year-old woman who struggles with plantar fasciitis, and mornings are usually the worst for me. Getting out of bed feels like I’m 90 years old. Even getting out of the car or standing up from a seated position can be painful and difficult until my feet “warm up.” A friend of mine who lives in the South told me about grounding. He suggested walking barefoot in the grass, but here in New Jersey — especially in the winter — that’s just not realistic with snow on the ground. He mentioned grounding mats, so I did my research and decided to purchase the Hooga grounding mat. The first day I received it, I grounded for 30 minutes and then an additional 2 hours later that day. The difference was incredible. When I stood up from my seat, I felt amazing — minimal stiffness and pain. That evening I was able to work out AND clean my basement afterward, which normally would have left my feet throbbing. I had very minimal foot pain. I also sleep with the mat, and I’m no longer getting up feeling stiff and aged. I will admit I was a little skeptical about this grounding mat at first, that it was almost too good to be true. But, after using it for a week, I can't believe the difference it has made! I have suffered with chronic inflammation for years, had bad spider veins in my legs that caused a lot of swelling and edema in my lower legs, ankles and feet that would cause twitching and pain at night that would prevent me from getting a good night's sleep. I was having to take either ibuprofen or Tylenol PM almost every night to get any sleep. The first night I used the mat for about 20-30 minutes before bedtime and I slept so soundly and woke up feeling rested and refreshed. I had energy throughout the day that I hadn't had in a long time. I have been using it for a little over a week now, and it amazes me how much better I feel, how much inflammation and swelling is gone. My spider veins in my legs aren't near as noticeable and I don't have pain in my legs, ankles and feet like I did before. I haven't had to take ANY ibuprofen or Tylenol. I use it throughout the day when I am on my computer at work, under my feet or under my keyboard. I have also noticed a reduction in my carpal tunnel syndrome symptoms, that my wrist and arms don't hurt. After realizing how much "grounding" was helping me, I ordered the grounding fitted sheet so my husband could benefit from grounding, too. It has helped both of us so much. I really love the versatility of the mat though. I can use it in so many different places and it's portable. I use it at home and at work. I normally don't write too many reviews, but this is one product that I wanted to make sure that I shared how much it has helped me and my husband. We both use it and absolutely love the benefits we get from using it. I can't recommend this product enough! You won't regret it! It is worth every penny and then some. I slept on the grounding mat on my couch. Because that’s where I sleep. I had a lot of numbness and tingling from below my knee to the tip of my toes. I also had it in my fingers/fingertips. And normally when I get up in the morning. I can’t walk. I have to hobble. All of that pretty much disappeared the first night sleeping on the mat. I highly recommend getting one of these. Definitely easy to use, great to sleep on. Definitely works. Now, I do have a question. I’m a truck driver. We have electric on our trucks, but they are not grounded to the ground. They are grounded to the truck. If I took this on the truck with me and used it on the truck would it work the same? Also, I thought I saw they sold grounding rods, with a wire that you wrap around the rod and bring it up to where the mat is. And I’m sure it would have the plug on the end to plug the wire into in order to ground the mat. Don’t know how true that is. My concern is, would I be able to use this on my tractor when I’m on the road being the electric on my trunk is not grounded to the ground rather it’s grounded to the truck?

I got it and was kind of hoping I wouldn’t feel anything, and just experienced positive results. Unfortunately, I did feel the drain of something going into the pad. Like a little bit of gravity turning up very slightly. And my feet, ankles, and half way up my calves started to tingle. And I started to experience nausea, which was weird. Then all of that triggered my health anxiety. So I had to stop. So I looked up nausea as a side effect, and it said if you experience nausea to stop. And it said that grounding pads can also cause heart palpitations. So I decided not to keep going and just to return it. I can say that my nerve pain headache felt like it was starting to ease, and this is all within 1 minute of use. Makes me question alol the electronics around me. But after I stopped, it took about 2-3 minutes for me to start feeling less nausea and the nerve pain in my head started to come back. But not as much. To be fair, I’m sensitive to things like this. But for normal people, without sensitivity issues and hyper body awareness, I’m pretty sure this would work well for them. Weirdly enough, I can do earthing straight in the grass or sand, without any bad side effects. In fact, I don’t feel anything except a calm peace when I do it that way. This mat is more convenient, but I think it has a stronger pull or something. I don’t know the science behind it. But I don’t notice any weird sensations like this when standing barefoot in sand or the grass. I can’t do earthing anywhere near home, so i was really hoping this grounding pad could be my alternative. Lastly, it’s not a placebo effect. If that was the case, I would have only felt good results. And nausea wouldn’t have started because I didn’t even know this thing had any possible negative side effects. And it has more positive reviews than negative. So I say try it for yourself. My results I’m sure are super rare. I would have preferred an all good placebo effect, because our minds are powerful and placebo has been documented to show positive health results.

I've had my grounding mat for a month. I waited to review because I really wanted to be accurate. I have Fibromyalgia and I have been going through some incredibly stressful things recently. I can't tell you how much this mat has helped me get through my problems. I'm in pain constantly. Mornings are rough, and after working my job or after housework, I'm wiped out physically and mentally exhausted. That's normal life for me. Compile on that flying across country for elder parent health issues, which is a nightmare. I have used my grounding mat every day, sometimes 3 times a day or more, for a month. I packed it in my suitcase and took it on my trip. I'm so, so glad I did! It takes away my pain. It relieves headaches. It helps me breathe and focus which helps me relax tremendously. I feel energized and calm after just 30 minutes of use. But because I rest my feet on it anytime I'm in my favorite chair, I probably use it for a few hours every day. I will add that I am so glad I didn't get the grounding sheets because the mat is way more flexible to use and travel with! As I said, I waited a month to review because I wanted to test it for a few different things. Today, I woke up with a horrible hangover headache and my stomach queasy. 30 minutes grounding and I feel great. No lie. Headache gone. Stomach fine. Normal aches and pains, none. I knew I had to write the review today. Hope this helps the skeptical people.
