Does it work for elongated toilet seats

Yes. It fits most seats with fronts up to 75mm width and 23mm height.

It does not pinch legs, you dont even know it's there. And it's easy to remove and clean if need be.

Can this product be used on a bedside commode?

It should work on any toilet seat with front width (front to back) upto 75mm and front height of 23mm. If the toilet seat is very slightly bigger, please ensure it is the Flexible version that is purchased.

Is this large enough that it will not flush? An earlier item I purchased came off and partially flushed. Had to get plumber to remove.

It's a hard plastic piece that probably won't even fit down the toilet?
