If you have a 2005 Power Wagon...
Here’s the truth...I have an 05 Power wagon, it’s a heavy duty 2500 and much more. I got this radiator because my factory one started failing. I installed it with only one difficulty the oil cooler bracket wouldn’t fit in between the new “less thick” radiator. I had to bend the sides down then I was able to put the bolts through and tighten down. Other that that it’s been running pretty good. I believe this radiator was only designed for the 1500 models. The 2500 model 5.7’s do more towing and hauling. It is what it is if you got $60 and need to save up for a factory or direct oem replacement then this is your quick fix. It’s what I’m having to do.

Radiator
As others have written it is by no means equal to oem rad it’s way thinner and probably not a good investment for people that tow in hot weather. However in light duty applications with occasionally towing a small atv trailer it does well truck stays cool. My oem rad seals broke and I needed a quick fix. It was delivered fast and packed safely in a heavy box that I actually reused for another return. All mounting molds were correct 2 bolt clips were to small so I salvaged off old rad and trans cooler will only line up 1 bolt you’ll have to drill or use a zip tie.

Solid radiator
I initially called our local parts supplier for a price on a radiator, after i had determined mine was leaking, was quoted a price of 150 dollars which really didn't seem too awful. After a little internet research, I came across this one for less than half the price, needless to say I was a little worried it would be a puffed up rice ball due to the low price, but what I recieved in the mail after only THREE DAYS, was a genuine aluminum radiator that looked identical to my OEM one. I Installed this on my 2004 dodge ram 1500 4x4 in very little time, it bolted up perfectly. Anyone with a metric socket row, 3/8" ratchet, and a pliers could do this job. I did take my fan/fan clutch off which may not be necessary, just made me less likely to run the new radiator into a fan blade. if this radiator lasts half as long as the old one, i'll be completely satisfied.

Aluminum Radiator
I installed this radiator in my 04 dodge ram pickup. The installation and fit went easy. The quality appears to be just the same as the factory original except that it's not painted black, so what...The 2 screw tabs that hold the radiator in place were the wrong size so I used the ones from the original. I have a couple thousand miles on the vehicle since and there are no problems. The price was great if it lasts only half as long than the original, that's fine with me. I'll just buy another or probably sell the truck way before then anyway.

Poor design
While this radiator does fit the the mounting locations, it is about half the size in width as the original radiator. This did not allow for my transmission cooler to bolt on as it should. I had to use my cutting wheel to cut new slots on the bracket so it would bolt to the new radiator.

Great for my 04 ram 1500
Great for my 04 ram 1500. Had a hole in other rad just bought the truck and figured this would be a cheap replacement. I did not expect it to be as well made as it is being that the big box stores wants double the price. Well worth the money. I don't tow very much at the most a boat or atv and I haven't had the truck near 1/2 on the temp gauge.
