Use this in a commercial kitchen and have had a great deal of use, this particular model is harder to clean than the last one I purchased. this is the only negative about the machine. Other than that it can handle whatever you throw at it.

Not recommended
Broke, after a little more than a year. Replacing broke parts costs the same as a new blender. This is supposed to be an industrial equipment. But it is not.
