Cienta Girls EAN Mary Jane Flats

My daughter can only wear close-toed & close-sided shoes at her preschool, and cannot wear boots.This basically forces us into tennis shoes or Toms-style.We love Mary-Janes, so these are great compromise.Pros:-Machine washable when insoles are removed-Run true to size (can get a printable size chart on Cienta website)-easy for kids to put on themselvesCons:-the sparkly/ metallic colors get "fuzzy" or pilled very easily on the toes (no issues with canvas colors)Overall takeaway:Great shoe, very comfortable, and I highly recommend!

Love the look and make of these shoes. My 3 year old daughter's narrow feet didn't fill them out enough though (even though the length worked), and the velcro straps are such that it's not really possible to adjust width much. I returned them and will try again when she is a bit older.

Really cute shoes, seem to be sturdy and of good quality. Just got them tonight so the proof will be in the wearing. Based on the reviews from others I think they will work just fine. I love that they make half sizes... my daughter is right at the edge of a 10 but an 11 is really too big. The 10.5 fit great and there's still room to grow. I also like the smell - its clearly intentional and subtle which is nice. I will wait to see how they stand the test of a day at preschool, but I am likely going to buy more in different colors. Its hard to find a cute pair of shoes that are good for both dress and play. I think these are going to fit the bill nicely.

I like to dress up my girls (3 and 5) well because I don't know how much longer I'll be able to decide what they wear. :) I love Cientas because they look cute with dresses, pants and jeans and wear well on the playground, at school, and at parties. I prefer the navy, because they go with everything, but they didn't have my 5-year olds size in navy so I tried the denim. Navy is still my favorite but denim has worked great!

These shoes are really cute and seem comfortable. The reason for two stars is because the soles on both shoes already detached after wearing them for two 3 hr school days. I’ve never purchased a pair of shoes where this has happened so quickly! Sad
