Golfer's elbow (but not golfer's score) improved
I was fighting some painful golfer's elbow (medial epicondylitis). My so-called friends blamed it on my incorrect swing plane. Knowing that this misguided analysis could, in no conceivable way, be the cause of my discomfort, I found some new friends and bought this brace. I had played two weeks in a row with a standard, drug store, tennis-elbow brace, cinched up to put pressure on the medial side where I needed it. Nevertheless (and despite my perfectly on-plane takeaway and follow-through) I could not finish either round. I took two weeks off, iced the area every night, did some wrist curls and stretching, and then began to wear the Venom Strapped Elbow Brace Compression Sleeve all day to help support the elbow for a week before I attempted to play again. I found it was very comfortable to wear all day, and the compression strap provided the right amount of pressure to the impact area. My pain gradually subsided enough that I attempted to play again. I warmed up with short shots at the range one day and played a full 18 holes the next with no noticeable discomfort. And, having the perfect swing that I do, I didn't really even realize I had it on. I would have rated it a 6 instead of a 5 but , sadly, it didn't lower my handicap. Perhaps the next version....Anyway, my new friends were just happy I could play and that they could beat me, and they promised not to mock my swing ever again. Would recommend and will probably buy again.

Conpression Sleeve with built in wrap for extra pressure
Nice material, soft, comfortable, flexible, easy to get on, then compresses down nicely for good support.Compared to other sleeves, these are bigger in size than most, which is a good thing. its very flexible don't have to struggle to pull it up your arm, material is very elastic and compresses down nicely.I have terrible tennis elbow tendonitis, forearm measures 14.5 inches, bicep measures 18.5 inches at peak. My measurement 4 inches above elbow was 16 inches. From size chart 12-13.5 inches is XL. I got XL, sleeve slides right on with out any fight, fabric is very stretchable, but then locks down to a nice snug fit, not strangling. which surprisingly gives good compression and support without being to tight or being uncomfortable. Then you can use the flexi-strap that ends up at upper part of forearm. You can wrap is snug to really tight, depending on your injury or situation. You can use wrap around forearm area for tendonitis, around elbow joint area or angle it up toward bicep area. Its a really flexible wrap/strap setup.I think if you want above medium to high compression from sleeve/wrap part alone go one size down than what sizing recommendation gives in picture. If you want a looser fit snuggling feel go with recommendations and you can always use the strap to lock down or tighten up your problem area any where in elbow area.Hope this helps.

Really good brace- best I've found
I have golfers elbow and tennis elbow at the same time, as well as some strain to the bicep and tricep. As soon as I put this thing on I immediately got about an 85% reduction in pain when relaxed (before that it hurt all the time). After about a week of wearing it, all of the pain was gone... a month later I'm sure to wear it anytime I know I'll be using the elbow for physical activity, that along with rest and ice and regularly caring for it I can tell that my tendons are healing up. Its still got a ways to go but this brace helped BIG TIME. It provides just the right amount of compression, and in the right areas to due the job better than any other braces and golf/tenn elbow compression straps I've tried. As a side note when I need maximum bracing help due to heavy physical activity, I also wear another brace I got on Amazon underneath it; "Kunto Fitness Elbow Brace Compression Support Sleeve".

Great elbow support but material does become worn over time
I ordered the large according to the measuring instructions but I found it wasn't as tight as I wanted, so I contacted the seller and they offered to send me a smaller one at no cost. This was a great gesture which was much appreciated.I like this compression sleeve better than my last one, it covers more of the arm to provide support over a greater area and the strap allows me to adjust how much compression is applied to the lower forearm which I need for my tennis elbow. There is some restriction when working out with exercises that involve bending the arm fully like bicep curls, but my priority is support for my elbow so I just adjust accordingly.Overall this looks a solid compression sleeve backed up by great customer service.UPDATE: The first 3-4 months of use were awesome, but after this time the adjustable velcro strap becomes worn. I've found that often the adjustable strap will come away from the velcro and I have to strap it around the arm again.Overall I still think this is a great product for tennis elbow recovery but just be aware it may not work as well after 4+ months of use 5 times week. I'm actually going to buy another one as I re-injured my elbow.

Excellent product. I bought 2!
This is by far the best elbow brace I've tried. Check the measurement chart, measure your bicep and it should fit perfect. The adjustment strap works well. One very small suggestion should you buy it. Pay attention to how the hook&loop (velcro) strap is folded back on itself when you open the package (see pic). When not in use try to place the velcro tab back on the adjustment strap. Should the velcro tab attach itself to other parts of the brace it is VERY difficult to detach!Other than that I can't recommend this brace enough.

Great Quality
Because of an injury, I’ve been looking for a compression sleeve to help with the pain that I could wear on a daily basis. The Venom sleeve has pretty much made my pain go away since I started wearing it. I’m able to wear it at work all day and to the gym with no issues. I try to give my arm rest periods and will take it off periodically throughout the day but for the most part I’m wearing it all day. The quality is awesome, I can tell it’s going to hold up really well even with a lot of use. Glad I invested in this brace.
