GlorytoGod this nose rinse is the best on the market I heat mine up in the microwave without the lid on it then I add my packet and the top shake it up and after my nose is rinsed and feeling so much better it will take a little time to get used to but once you do you will never not use it also I’ve noticed that sinus infections and allergies are a bare minimum now and also sickness is as well I my honest opinion is because I rinse ever night before going to bed and sometimes I do morning and night trust me I’ve used it for many many years now

I've been using Neilmed for many years now after a doctor recommendation.Buying the 250 count with spare bottles is the way to go.

Cheaper to buy in bulk. I have to clear my sinus cavities out every evening or my inner grizzly bear comes out while I am asleep. Wife appreciates it when she isn't awoke by me mouth breathing because my nose is all clogged up. Works well and last batch lasted over a year. Good seller, fast ship.
