This product was recommended to me about 5-6 years ago and I have been taking it ever since. It has made a significant difference in my digestive health and I have recommended it to all of my family members and friends. I take 1 pill per day.

Last time I ordered these the shipper sent a different prebiotic and I couldn't return them. I use these and now I have my dad taking them as well. Great quality

Changed packaging even though it had two pics the original ones that were taken 4x per day but the newer version are horrible; bloating, severe pains and other issues (don’t want to literally gross people out!) Wish they would bring the originals back!

I have been taking this for a decade. Occasionally I will think to try something different--mistake. I had a huge number of systemic infections from chronic lyme to coccidoidmycosis to spore. My doctor recommended to balance my gut.this has been a lifesaver. Unfortunately, some of the infections will not go away, but this combats the toxins produced by those chronic infections. Without this product I have bloating, acid and horrible sleep dysfunctions. These symptoms, while not gone, have been greatly mitigated by this product. Others don't seem to be as effective. For me, 1 cap twice a day is sufficient. I tried taking as many as 4 twice a day, but no more effective than 1 twice a day. All the best.
