Solid looks real
Everything is good but it has a bump on one end other than that it’s good

Great for finding predators as well as training to use other nesting boxes! 🐍
So realistic even the snake ate them! I thought I was going crazy when my ceramic eggs disappeared out of the nesting boxes... after a bit of investigating, I had 2 huge rat snakes in the coop I knew nothing about. Thanks to these fake eggs, I was able to save a lot more of our real eggs before the predators ate them. Oh and the reason I purchased them to begin with, my hens were all fighting over 1 nesting box, when they had 3 perfectly other ones sitting empty. I placed one of these in each empty box, and by the end of the afternoon on the first day, all 9 hens were happy in all available boxes. I also had one Buff Orpington that keeps breaking open and eating her fresh egg each day... I haven’t seen any broken eggs since I started using these. (Although, the snakes were also a surprise!)

Fake chicken eggs
Works well and training chickens to have a safe place to lay their eggs chickens had no idea that they were not the real thing

They look and feel real!
I bought these as training eggs for my chickens who haven’t begun laying yet. They look and feel real and I’m hoping that my chickens - after seeing these - will know where to lay their eggs and in the event any of them try to peck at the eggs I’m also hoping these eggs will teach my chickens that there’s nothing inside and thus, no need to peck at eggs. None of my hens are supposed to lay white eggs, so with these being fake I’ll be able to find the good ones with better ease (because these look incredibly real every time my kids see them they think they’re real eggs!

Teach Your Chickens Well
My 8 new young laying hen flock needed some training to get them accustomed to using their nest boxes. They looked in at these eggs and even practiced sitting on them. I have 4 nest boxes, so I moved the eggs every couple of days to different boxes so they would get the idea that they could use any box. Once they started to lay, I kept moving them around between boxes for a few weeks before I removed them. They are currently with my chicken supplies and will most likely get more use when I rotate out this flock in a few years for young birds.

Broke first day
Sadly, these broke the first day I had them. Ping pong balls were cheaper and more durable.

Perfect!
Great for getting your chickens to lay their eggs in the nest boxes where they belong. I had brown ones in boxes and all brown layers. But I got a leghorn (white egg layer) and the girls started breaking and eating the white eggs. I purchased white ceramic eggs to add to the boxes and the egg eating has stopped. Clearly they don't like pecking at eggs and finding ceramic. Put a small x on the ends with a permanent marker so you don't confuse them yourself.
