Good and cold. 4 pack makes it easy to keep it going all day. A couple 15 minute sessions and it's getting back to room temp. Next round, stick it back in the freezer and grab another.I think the design it a little too thick or something. The pointy part serves no purpose, see pics; that part doesn't make contact anyway.I have a jammed finger and it's been sore for weeks and feels like I might be icing for life for relief. Idk. But this is good enough to hold itself strapped to my finger. And I think the temperature is appropriate to serve it's purpose.Definitely for fingers. Might fit a big toe, but probably not other toes.

Product looks and works as described. It doesn't stay warm that long but it does get quite warm. I had to have surgery from a dog bite on my thumb and I bought this to help keep the thumb warm and promote circulation. It doesn't work great for that purpose as it's too tight to wrap around the thumb without causing discomfort but I'm sure it will come in handy for something else.

good idea, but when the crystals are frozen, it's to hard to wrap around the toes, especially if trying to help pain management.a larger one worked much better and lasted 1000 times longer. (these melted in about 10 minutes

Recently had minor surgery on both big toes, and using a regular ice pack seemed like overkill since it froze half my foot. When searching for a more 'focused' alternative I decided to give these a try. They do freeze solid and, for the LIMITED time using them, they do provide some relief. they're a bit difficult to put on since they freeze in a T-shape, but you can manipulate it enough to be able to wrap around. It is fairly difficult to wrap the elastic strap around though. But the biggest 2 problems - the cold only lasts for about a half an hour (they've been in the chest freezer for weeks), and 2 have already split apart at the seams causing the little blue balls to fall out. Until these things are re-engineered better, don't bother.

Love these! The doctor told me to ice my toe for 20 minutes each hour and these stay cold for the whole 20 minutes. Having a 3 pack is convenient because while one is on the other two can be refreezing so I can cycle through them. They are comfortable and the shape is perfect to wrap around my toe. I find that freezing them in the shape I want them to come out in helps (I bend the arms of the T and secure with velcro like I would around my toe before putting it back in the freezer). I like that my whole foot doesn’t have to be cold just to ice my pinky toe.

I bought this because I broke my big toe and an ice pack just wasnt working out.I thought these would work but man the design needs improving. I bought the toe version (the 3 pack) and these are the improvements they need to make:1. Since it is so small, they really dont need it to be the T shape. If they just had that triangle shape and have the rest be the strap it would be more flexible. The more rigid it is the more uncomfortable on an injury.2. The elastic velcro has to wrap completely around the ice pack before it can fasten which makes it slip around. It would be much better if the entire front where the branding is was covered in velcro so you could size it as needed. The logo can go on the little triangle below.3. It was tiny and absolutely wouldn't work for an adult big toe unless you have tiny feet and especially not if you have an injury. I have a broken toe. The strap is stretchy, but the amount of pressure needed to actually make it fit around my toe will do more harm than any pain relief the ice would provide. The elastic needs to be much much longer so it can just lightly stay on rather than strapping it tightly. I don't need to walk with it on, i just need it to not slide off when resting.Others have complained about it only lasting about 30 minutes. I've seen this as well, but to me that is not a problem because you are only supposed to ice for about 20 minutes at a time anyway. The 3 pack is good if you want to cycle through them while waiting for the others to freeze. I just wish they were larger so I could actually use them as designed.

I bought this gel pack to see if it helps with my arthritis pain. I have an area on my left hand(pointing finger), between the finger joint and knuckle. This purchase comes in a two pack. The Velcro helps to make this snug around my finger. I leave one gel pack in the freezer, and use the other in the microwave. These are great for temporary relief of arthritis pain.

I developed mom thumb and could not bend my thumb. I didn't want to go to the doctor because eventully i knew it would go away.I used these instead they helped with pain relief and eventually the thumb return to normal.They kept cold for a long time and if I bend them before freezing I could just slid them on without readjusting the strap

They work well. I have only used as cold packs. I found that folding them before I freeze them works best. They stay cold for long enough and are comfortable

Useful for thumb or finger injury.I sometimes also put it on my heel/Achilles inside my sock as the shape works well
