Liquid Rubber EPDM and TPO Primer – High-Performance Basecoat for RV, Camper and Trailer Roof Protection, 1 Quart

We purchased our first RV it's a 1999 Tioga. The roof was completely black. It had never been done. I followed the instructions and both the primer and top coat worked exactly as described. Yes, the primer will be tacky, yes, if you touch it, step on it or disturb it. It's very sticky. That's its job. We did 3 coats of primer and 3 coats of top. We are a 29' class C and still had almost a full gallon of each left. We used rollers just plain cheep ones. We did use brushes along the edge. We were in Colorado with low humidity and mid 50 nights and mid 80 days. It took a total of 4 days. I'm sure you could do it faster but this worked for us. Make sure to wait until it's at least 50 to start. Other than that. This was a fantastic product. We has had no issues with leaks. Those that left bad reviews obviously just can't follow directions. If you can you will 💯 be happy.

This was not as sticky as other reviewers suggested. After curing for 3 days we applied the rubber top coat and worked great.

This is a quality roof covering. My husband said it was fairly easy to apply, and put five coats of it on all together. It is of good quality that will help the roof on our camper last for a long time.

A little concerned about doing this myself. But after YouTube videos decided to just do it. After all, someone has to do it. Clean, clean, clean is my advice. Clean top and calk where it needs it. You will not have a chance do do it later after coating is on. Use the primer also. That was the hardest to do. Very tacky. After first coat rest went on very well. I let it dry over night each time putting on 4 heavy coats. Also I had a garage big enough to do it out of the weather which is probably the best. Very happy with results. I checked out sites that do this same stuff costing about $150 a linear foot. So my cost was a little over $500 for everything used. Verses over $4000 for our 27 ft Fifth Wheel. Advice. Go for it.

I would not use this again. I chose this because it was cheaper than the brand that I normally use. I bought the 5 gallon bucket for my 38 ft 5th wheel. I had to do 3 coats in order to thoroughly coat the rubber membrane. When peeing off the blue painters tape this product peals up with it. Not fun. Save yourself the trouble and by the ceramic infused coating.

The media could not be loaded. I bought this product for my koi pond. I want to make sure that I do it correctly by calling tech support for advice, I followed their instructions very carefully, I even bought the primer as their recommendation. After 8 months when my koi pond was completed, the liquid rubber started to peel off and make my koi pond looks so nasty and it keeps peeling off every day. I am so regret that I bought this product, I don’t know how to fix it. Please don’t buy this product, very low quality
