Might have to test a bit
So it is good and bad. The good thing is it worked for most of the night. Here is the bad...1) The inserts are not made for sensitive tissue and felt like it was cutting my nose. I did have a nose bleed in the morning.2) In the morning I tried to figure out how to clean it because I could see moisture which could cause mold growth but was unable to open it up to clean. I could take the nose part off but I could not put it back together.3). No access to the filter at all. This has many crevices where mold, bacteria and dust can incubate.I bought two more and I am going to try soaking the whole device in alcohol every morning and set it somewhere clean and dry during the day. I am also going to try ayr on the nose piece to try to make it more comfortable.

I see improvement
I did a run test...first night didnt wear it my snoring was horrible...the next night it went down a lot but its better if i sleep on my back as i dont snore as much and as loud...lol just a lil uncomfortable in my nose but over time ill get use to it

I think it’s going to take some time to get used too. It has been gone every morning but always close by.

I tried it while sitting at my computer. First I noticed it does not fit inside nose far enough, barely over the ridge. Will fall out in bed, easily. Within an hour I felt a sore coming on. I tried it again later, with similar results.I then tried looking inside with flashlight. The mesh inside is super thin, doesn't seem like it's stopping much. Even worse, did not cover all the air vents. So, you basically uncomfortable breathing normal unfiltered air. Not to mention it's round, and your nostral is oval, so even more air still came in over the sides. $12 junk.

Not what I expected!
It goes in kinda easy, but the issue is it’s not that comfortable when it’s in your nose. I do feel like you can breathe better, but I had to take it out due to it being uncomfortable. It started to hurt my nose.

It’s the little things....First night of use it didn’t fall out. A pleasant surprise, so three stars for that. I can’t say I slept any better but it wasn’t my worst night either, so two stars for that.But....it’s the little things! Ordered a 3 in 1.....package clearly states 2 in 1.LOL.....have to deduct a star there my friends!
