Actually stays cool!
Great pillow! I got the high version and I’m glad it did because it sinks a lot and stops right where I need it. It DOES stay cool, it’s not exactly cool to the touch it’s more like a consistent neutral temperature. Honestly it’s a crazy expensive pillow but I feel like it’s 100% worth the money you just need to know what you’re buying. If you’re looking for a high conforming pillow that stays cool then this is it.

Great pillows, worth every penny
I have a few of these pillows, they are not cheap, but they are worth every penny. Just buy it, you can always send it back, but I am pretty sure you won't; these pillows are awesome! (and no they do not sleep hot)

Like a brick that deflates
This is the worst pillow and the most expensive pillow I have ever owned. It gets hot. It’s hard when you lay on it. Then it compresses and sinks down! By the end of the night I wake up hot and feels like I’m sleeping on a kitchen sponge. Stay away.

Amazing pillow!
The media could not be loaded. Worth every penny! The pillow is heavy, but provides a medium firm feel. Cooling and comfortable. Love that it also has a removable, washable cover. I had 2 of these pillows for me and my husband. Hubby gave his to daughter and missed it horribly, so came back to buy him another one.

Best Pillow in Universe, BUT...
I have a lot of issues with my neck and finding the right pillow is essential for me. The wrong pillow means lots of neck pain and headaches. I'm mostly a side sleeper, but also sleep on my back. I get the "Hi" pillows. These pillows are soft enough that you sink in and relax nicely, but firm enough not to let your neck get out of alignment. BUT, they lose their maximum effectiveness pretty quickly and soften to the point where it's harder to get the neck support. I don't mean they warm up, as Tempurpedic products do, and get too soft, I mean they permanently lose some of their firmness fairly quickly. They're still really good even after that, but a pillow this expensive shouldn't start wearing out a month after you bought it. I can't give them a low rating because after that initial noticeable drop, they hold steady and are still better than any other pillow for my neck problems, but they aren't perfect, and they should be for this price. That said I have four extra ones in my closet because I don't know what I'll do if they stop making them.

Comfortable and stays cool but...
This pillow cools great! I've actually had two of these pillows, one firm and one medium, and both cooled amazingly well. If you get the right height for your sleeping style they're also very comfortable. However, you might be asking why I've had two and therein lies the problem. This pillow seems to be built in layers and isn't designed to be folded or flexed at any sort of extreme angle. So if you're the type of person to fold them, or you even once "kink" the pillow to get a little extra support, you're very likely to "rupture" the gel layer inside. Once that happens the pillow starts to develop hard lumps and you can actually hear the gel inside the pillow sticking to itself when you lay on it.Now, if you're easy on pillows and just let them lay flat that's not a problem at all, but if you ever developed the habit of adjusting the pillow to get varying support for different positions or to change your head elevation when you have a head cold (as I apparently have) you could find yourself ruining a relatively expensive pillow in your sleep. To be clear, it's not really a problem with the product, but given the price it's definitely something you should be aware of before purchasing it. Good product, but it could be short lived depending on how you use it.

Best pillow I’ve ever had
Stays cool all night, very comfortable, and has helped alleviate neck and shoulder pain. Recommended by my doctor, I wish I’d been using this for the past 2 years. The pillow is thick, but gives way easily and adjusts to the head and neck.
