This is a well designed and solid built faucet. Its so unique. It does not work well with short, shallow sinks, because the water will splash out. It was easy to install and easy to use. Great quality for the price.

I bought this because I wanted a faucet that wouldn't splash behind it. The sink basin is shallow and water from the old faucet would splash everywhere and make a mess. This faucet solved that problem and has style. The entire family enjoys it - its funny, fancy, and works! It isn't perfect and here are some issues: 1. when installing, the pipes from the faucet fixture need to be pushed around to screw on the hoses. Not a biggie, and not what I've experienced with brand name products, but just an FYI. 2. like someone else mentioned, make sure you determine which pipe is hot and cold so that the controller works as expected. You can attach the hose, move the controller, and blow air through to verify you got it right. 3. there is no pressure regulator. The first time my son used it, he turned it on full power, and water came gushing out. I adjusted the water valves from the wall to control the water pressure at the faucet and haven't had a problem since. 4. if you turn the water on very low, the water will run up under the glass. Its not a big deal just not ideal. You just need to turn it on a little higher. This is more aesthetics that anything functional. Overall definitely a thumbs up and would buy again. And its so cheap. I didn't expect it to be as nice as it is for the price.

This faucet was a breeze to install. Works as expected. Beautiful. We have a little less water pressure in our house but there's still PLENTY of water from this faucet. Infact so much so that we turned back the intake lines to insure children don't run it at full force. Even when at full force it's awesome and exactly what we ancipated when I decided to buy it. I agonized for more than a year trying to choose a "something special" fixture for our bathroom refresh. So when I finally chose this faucet and it arrived, I was braced for disappointment. HOWEVER, I WAS NOT disappointed. It's quite heavy when you unbox it. Surprisingly so. The directions were clear and all the parts were in the box. It's the statement piece in our very small bathroom. Even our plumber was impressed.

I bought this to replace a Kohler faucet that was too short and barely cleared the back of the sink basin. Every time we washed our hands, water would splash backwards against the sink and wall and basically made a mess. This faucet has great reach and completely resolved that problem. Installation was very easy - it took longer to remove the old sink than to install this one. I had no leaks and didn't need plumbers tape. Everything just worked. Some other reviews mention the hot and cold lines are switched, but the trick is they are not marked and nothing in the instructions tell you which is for hot and which is for cold. Since you push up and to the left for hot, you would think that side is for the hot water line, but it's not. I took a star from my review for this. This is an easy instructions update to fix and the company really needs to do that. Operation is flawless and where this faucet really shines. It feels premium to use, even moreso than the expensive faucet it replaced. I had no issues with splashing or water flow. Even on max flow it worked great. The waterfall stream is so much better than the classic, small aerated stream that washing up is a new experience altogether. I've had compliments from every guest that's visited. My only complaint about use is it's loud, like a roaring water sound where the water comes out when on max flow. You get used to it, but compared to other sinks in the house, it's twice as loud. Like the beautiful date that talks louder than they realize but nobody wants to say so for fear of upsetting them. Other than that, I love this faucet and would buy it again.

I am in love with this faucet. The water flow reminds me of running my hands in a stream or a small waterfall. It's very peaceful. There is still enough pressure/weight to the water to do normal sink-things like rinsing a toothbrush as well, which was a worry before I installed it. This is an eye-catcher for sure! Install was a breeze but notes for new buyers: 1. Hot and cold are opposite under the faucet itself. Left tube is COLD. Right is HOT. If you route the hot tube to the left nozzle, like I did, on the faucet it results in cold water when the knob is moved to the left side (generally this is where you'd move the knob for hot water). To avoid all the work of removing the entire faucet to fix this mistake, I just swapped the hot and cold hookups at the water shutoff under the sink, but now I've got the red colored (hot) tube going to the cold tap, and vice versa. 2. Measure. I had to dremel my stone countertop to make the hole wide enough for the faucet. This was not too terrible to do, but to make this install a breeze just make sure the sizes are right for your sink. 3. Simply adjust the water shutoffs under the sink while having the faucet on max-flow for hot, cold, and middle (hot+cold) separately until you have the water pressure you're ok with. I had to turn mine down because full-blast flow was enough pressure to make the water hit the sink bowl and come right out at me.

Absolutely love these faucets! Bought these as I missed the similar one I owned in a previous house. These are even nicer, slightly bigger. As others have said, it is important to know 1) the glass has a subtle colour of green, not blue, but still very pretty, and 2) when installing, the hot and cold on these faucets are reversed so connect to the opposite waterline and you will do great. They are so pretty, easy to use, and the way the water cascades out and the way light reflects off both the faucet and the water are just very lovely. It’s a small thing, but isn’t that what life is about? The small things! The materials with the faucets have improved greatly since my last purchase, they now come with the correct tubes, connections & plumbers’ tape although you will need nipple connectors if you don’t already have them.
