What kind of light do these give off? The picture looks more yellow???

I have them on my tree and they don’t look yellow. They are a warm white not a bright white. When light is off and just have the tree lights on feels really cozy. I hope that helps

If one light goes out, do they all go out?

No, only the one would go out and it can’t be replaced, but the life of led lights is really not a problem unless you step on them! I’m very happy with the 4 sets I bought to trim my tree.
