Lovely taste! Delivered very quickly by the seller, and I’m sure it’s going to do exactly what it says it will do. Two or 3 cups of this each day is now something I look forward to! Can’t recommend it highly enough.

I like this tea. It doesn’t have strong smell. And i didn’t check my sugar level so i don’t know if it helped with my diabetes. But it reduced my sugar cravings for good amount. Now i don’t get sugar cravings that much thanks to this product.

Tea wasn't unpleasant but not the nicest scent or taste. It is a bitter type taste. In theory you should not add sweetener or sugar as this will defeat the purpose of lowering blood sugar. I drank it plain, saw no difference. Drank after meals. Might have to try something else.

It was not that effective for me but someone else might find it better for them never know

Mein Mann ist Diabetiker und muss pro Tag 2 - 3 Tabletten nehmen, um den Blutzucker so gut es geht in Balance zu halten. Ich habe ihm sozusagen auf Verdacht diesen Tee bestellt. Mein Mann ist von der Wirkung des Tees sehr beeindruckt. Der Geschmack begeistert ihn zwar weniger, aber die Wirkung ersetzt eine halbe bis ganze Tablette (hängt von der Tagesform bzw. dem Essen ab). Fazit: Wenn Gesundheit wichtiger ist, als Gaumenfreuden ist dieser Tee eine absolute Empfehlung.
