My most favorite shampoo and conditioner ever!! Leaves my hair totally soft and healthy!! Love love love!!

Monoi and Buriti Glossing Shampoo - Hydrate & Shine and conditioner are both great. I have long curly hair and it doesn't weigh my hair down like other products tend to do. it leaves my hair very soft and manageable. The scent is pleasant and not overpowering. The only issue is with shipping. Several time I have ordered the shampoo and conditioner, the bottles have arrived damaged. in particular, one bottle was shipped in an envelope. And not even a padded envelope! Plus it arrived without a pump! who packages these orders? this recent purchase also arrived with the pump damaged. the bottles are rather large it is very annoying to have to pick up the bottle every use. the bottles need to be shipped in a box with proper padding to avoid damage.

One of my favourite shampoos. I love the smell and it really makes your hair shine.

Smells good, but I noticed no extra gloss to my hair. My hair is dry and frizzy so maybe that is why but unless you already have very healthy hair, I would not count on any gloss.

I really like this brand Theorie however, the price was $10 more than what I found online (also in store) at another popular discount clothing store for the same 13.5 oz shampoo. I researched the prices after the fact since I had run out of this shampoo. Next time I will price compare before I run out! There's absolutely nothing wrong with the authenticity of the brand and the delivery by the seller was great; just the price if you want to save on costs.

The whole shampoo was spilled in the plastic bag and when I open it was all over my floor. The plastic top was not sealed

Bought the shampoo and conditioner and both came with loose caps. Shampoo spilled out but conditioner was ok. A mess. That was a bummer since it's so expensive. Probably won't buy it again for that reason. However I did love the product after using.
