Exact replacement on my travel trailer!
My travel trailer had about 5 current limiter (circuit breakers) just like this. But... the master breaker that went from the trailer circuit system (13.7 volts) to the batteries on the 'tongue' of the trailer, FAILED to pass the current to the batteries when they got really low! Although the breakers were for 50 amps, apparently the low batteries in conjunction with the trailer converter box, were sucking MORE than 50 amps to keep charged up? I dunno, but... the existing breaker was shutting down, allowing zero flow to the batteries! So... i bought these... Two of them here are about as cheap as only ONE of them from other sellers here on Amazon. So, I bought this 2-pack. Great! Now I have an excellent replacement (same size, same shape, exact same mounting holes, exact same red rubber cover, same size terminal bolts and nuts), and... I have a spare for the same price as ONE from other sellers! I tested these two .... set them up with 14 volts, and ran the current up.... at exactly 49 amps, each of them 'popped' and stopped all current flow. Then... it took just about 20 seconds to cool off, and they both reset and allowed current to flow, once again. Just as advertised, these two did the job and the one I used mounted perfectly on the trailer frame just as the other one that got replaced. In my case, they worked great. You might use them in other situations, installations... any where you might need 50 amp current limiter, that is SELF (automatic) re-setting, once the current flow subsides below 50 amps. It works on heat. More than 50 amps heats up the bi-metal internal contacts, and it will pop. After it cools, it sets, no action from you required!

Perfect
I had lost the ability to charge the coach batteries on my motorhome. I tried everything I could think of to remedy the situation. Nothing worked. I discovered one of these little in-line fuses and decided to try exchanging it for a new one. The old one was a manual reset fuse that gave the impression it had been reset when pushing the reset button. The exchange was super easy, five minutes maximum. After the install, magic, the battery started charging as it should. If you're having electrical issues on a vehicle, look for one of these in-line fuses and change it out. These fuses are self resetting and come with a nice cover.

They work like they should.
These were an easy install using the same holes as the old rusted one I replaced. Bought these to replace the garboage they installed in my 2022 travel trailer. They installed and work. I would like to see a little better rubber boot on them though. None the less .... a very solid product.

Good solution for an old Harley
On my shovelhead I needed to mount the battery with the positive terminal toward the back. Without insulating the breaker it could short out on the oil tank or the frame if there was enough vibration. This holder worked perfectly; 3 wires on one side, the bus bar on the other all fit inside with the cover closed. I did slice one of the sides open just a bit more to make the cover snug. I'm glad I found this. It solved my problem and for a good, low price.

having issues with stuff not working on battery power?? this could be your fix!
we were having issues with things not running on battery power. the awning and slide usually goes on 12V. but they stopped working. someone suggested replacing these things. as they are exposed to weather and elements and can go bad. we did. and sure as pie, problem fixed!! they are the little junctions that connect battery power to everything else and they usuall sit outside in front near the batteries

I love the fact that it is self resetting. Used them for trailer breaks and can't use a typical fuse as there will be no trailer breaks no more after it burns but this device opens circuit and closes back after it has cooled off. Super!

Worked on my rv

The cover seems a little flimsy for my liking but it hasn't popped off or anything and the breaker is working

The old breakers were mounted on the the tongue (on the steel frame) of the trailer exposed to the elements. Just a matter of time before they corroded. These new ones come with a cover. These should last a bit longer. Price is good.
