Brazi Bites, Cheddar Parm Brazilian Cheese Bread, 11.5 Ounce

I purchased the 3 cheese pizza flavor and I will say I was expecting pizza roll type of flavor, but I was not expecting gummy texture cheese flavored balls. It doesn’t have any pizza flavors like oregano or basil. It does have a slight hint of rosemary, but what I wasn’t expecting is the gummy cheese texture in the middle. Because it’s made of Tapioca flour it reminds me of mochi texture in the middle, not stretchy cheese texture of mozzarella. If you’re allergic to gluten then these bites might be good, but if you’re not don’t bother. I threw away half of mine. Plus, it’s pricey for a small bag.

Not sure what the story is but all mine were glued together in the bag. I broke them apart and tried to bake some but they ended up hard as rocks on the outside and still rolled in the middle and they don’t grow at all. And the taste is not very good. Just spicy flavor not any cheese notes whatsoever. This bag went in the trash

These things are TERRIBLE! They definitely don't taste like pizza and the cheese inside has a funky nasty texture. Will not buy again.

These are really weird, and like others wrote, have a gummy like texture to them. I also found the outside to be dry and unpleasant. I will not even be finishing the package as I really prefer my unhealthy snack foods to be delicious....

These were awful, I was trying to get things for my son who is allergic to soy which is in everything. These were a definite bust. I couldn’t even fake to like it for my son.

These are soooooo good I love them very gooey cheese

Tastes bland. Seems like its missing 2 important parts, cheese and sauce!
