Guys medicinal effect of Turmeric is due to the active compound found in its root , known as "curcumin" . This is just 150 mg as per the product labeling. Best of my knowledge ( * Refer Google), For antioxidant healing properties one must consume 500 mg of curcumin daily. One capsule serving might not be so effective.

I was looking for 800mg capsules and found one in HerbalValley Turmeric . As an all natural product don't expect it to work like allopathic medicines . If you are suffering from joint or muscular pain ,you should expect it show results in about 12 hours, and also as per my understanding it should be taken with milk for optimal effect.
