I take these for eye health. Very easy to swallow and colorful capsules. Reasonable cost. Good for macular health. Clean ingredients.

I really appreciate the labratory processes and pure ingredients used by this brand, for this supplement and a number of others that I choose to take from this manufacturer.This particular one is SO MUCH better, in my estimation, than the brand that my Opthamologist recommended to combat progression of my macular degeneration. This dosage is one capsule of moderate size compared to two tablets of the recommended brand. The cost on Amazon is nearly exactly the same for the 1 capsule that I do choose, compared to two tablets thst Ive decidedcto bypass.

Our ophthalmologist said it could take a few months before noticing a difference. No gastric distress noticed, and easy to swallow. Hopefully, this will help with our vision.

So far working great

My daily multivitamin and multimineral supplement does not include Lutein and Zeaxanthin, which are very important vitamins for the eyes.

I like that this has only what my doctor recommended for eye health, no additional supplements that I do not want.
