Harley shift rods
I'm giving it 5 stars as they really are high quality and look great, but they did not work for me as they are 5/6" with 24 (fine) threads. That works great on a lot of aftermarket shift rods out there, but these do not fit Harley Davidson branded shift rods. Case in point the Harley Davidson Slotted Black Anodized Gear Shift Linkage Part Number 33745-09 has 18 (coarse) threads. I ended up buying 1.25" black powder coated 5/16" 18 thread coupling nuts from Grainger and 5/16" threaded open ended rods to make that work. I would have loved to have used these however as they look awesome and come well packaged.

Linkage extension worked like a charm!
I have a 09 Dyna Custom FXDC and put on a set of reduced reach forward controls by Vtwin Manufacturing. Turns out my shift linkage was an aftermarket piece and did not allow me to adjust my shifter far enough to clear my primary case. This piece extended my linkage with plenty of room to spare! This piece saved the day!

Did not fit
Product arrived fine but would not fit the linkage I also ordered (Amazicha). The Kuryakyn extension is SAE while many of the Harley-type linkages being sold on Amazon are metric (M8X1.25) - Had to go to the hardware store and make my own extension. Too bad because the Kuryakyn looked a lot nicer.

Shifter extension A++
Bought this to extend the shifter out further cause I didn't want to melt my boots anymore, this worked perfectly for my 2005 Harley Davidson Ultra Classic Trike.

Can be used as an extension for Dual action compound/ polish machine
I bought these as an extension for my d.a compound/polish machine. The longer one was bent straight out of the box but the short one was good.

Great extension for Buffer
i searcher amazon for a 5/16-24 extension for my Griots 3" polisher and this popped up. The 1.5" was a little bent so i cant use it on my polisher but the 2.5" is perfect. The 1.5" would still work fine for a motorcycle with the very slight bend in it.
