Cleats tend to slide towards the arch.
The cleats are really good in high quality. And very easy to get on. The only problem is that they tend to slide into the arch of the foot. If you have any type of heel, the cleats are less likely to grab onto slippery ice. If you don't have any type of heal on your shoe and the soul is flat then the clean should work great! If they would stay on the ball of the foot they would be perfect.

They work.
Not to sure what I really think of these. I mean they kept me from falling, but they didn't fit well on the sole of my work boot and one of the grippers ripped out of the rubber. Not to happy about that. Little awkward to put on but easier than my old style. I would say if you don't have deep treads on your work book, they should do just fine. But if you have deep treads, find something different.

Life saver
I wouldn’t have survived falling hard this last week of ice in the south, our apartment complex was not salted and that thick is was rough. Having to go multiple times a day with a dog was rough but without this I would have busted my ass. Best panic buy ever. lol

LIKE LION'S CLAWS FOR HUMAN FEET.
I WEAR SIZE 13 SHOES AND THESE FIT GREAT!!! AND BOY DO THEY WORK GREAT TOO! LIVING IN NORTHERN MN, I NEED SOMETHING TO WALK WITH, WHAT WITH FREEZING RAIN AND MELTING /REFREEZING SNOW. I ALWAYS USE AN ICE CHOPPER AS A WALKING STICK, NOW WITH THESE, IT SEEMS I DON'T NEED THAT ANYMORE. I'VE BEEN WANTING SOMETHING LIKE THIS FOR 5 YEARS. ONE PAIR OF ANOTHER NAME THAT I GOT, WELL, IT TOOK LIKE FIGHTING WW3 TO EVEN GET THEM ON: I GAVE UP!!! THESE JOBSITE ONES ARE EASY. I DEFINITELY DEFINITELY DEFINITELY DEFINITELY AM GOING TO BUY A COUPLE MORE SETS OF THESE!

These really make a difference
A few years ago, I fell shoveling snow at the edge of my driveway near the street. My warm boots and the snow slope on the driveway apron did not get along. I injured my shoulder and vowed to be more careful. Then the next year I almost went down again, so I bought these cleats. Night and day difference. I feel safe and fit securely on my boots, they are easy to put on or take off and will last years to come. I am heading into the second winter with these and had to reach out and tell others how great they are. I highly recommend these cleats.

Not used yet but look well made. Have tried on and they're easy to fit snugly.

So far so good. Haven’t slipped since I put them on my boots but waiting for more bad weather to test fully.

Not crazy about the ankle strap..pulls the cleat into the foot arch but it does secure the device and prevents it from sliding off. Would be nice to have it secure to ball of foot but these things are on my "days off" boots and the work pretty good. Because of where they sit, I can leave them on when entering a store our something and I still have decent traction and don't scuff up the floor..so that's a bonus. My work boots have much more aggressive cleats but must be removed whenever entering a building.
