Nice step up for inside light in my Miata RF. I don't see it mentioned anywhere in the description, but it comes with a tool to pop off the light cover and remove the old light. (I could have saved $15 on the body part tool kit I bought.) :) Brighter, whiter interior light as a result of this. Installation took 2 minutes. (Bring a flashlight so you can see what you're doing.) There are several how-to videos online.

super bright bulb fits the dome light in my 2012 kia soul + the description said it wasn't a match but it is a match make sure you measure the old bulb and compare it to the dimensions of the new one.

The light is bright and clean. But, after a month, one bulb went, and then another bulb went. So after 1 month, only 2 of 4 bulbs are working. I have other types of bulbs from the brand that have done better. Initially sent 2 star review. Manufacturer sent me new bulbs after informing them (which work so far) and so I've updated to 4 star. The bulbs need more careful contact than the old halogen but the light is really nice.

These LEDs certainly ramped-up the cabin illumination in my 2014 Chevy Impala! The white light is slightly blue-shifted, and there's lots of it! I like a "warmer white" better, in particular because black leather and gray carpeting tend to glow "bluish" in bright white light; but that's me. It was necessary to grind back the six spring-metal bulb contacts inside the OEM dome light fixture ( like this: |L ), using a small Dremel grinding wheel, to accommodate these new LED bulbs. That's because the LED circuit boards themselves are a smidge wider than the metal end-contacts are. Note that this modification does not preclude using the OEM incandescent bulbs, should you ever wish to do so again; and the modification is undetectable with the lens fixture reinstalled. Easy peasy. Since these SMD's (Surface Mounted Diodes/Devices) are somewhat "directional emitters", I angled each of the three LED bulbs slightly in the direction that I wanted the light to go. I also removed the OEM dome light's "internal reflector", which "contained" a lot of the light inside the fixture, and directed it through two projector lenses for the rear passengers. We have virtually no rear passengers... And if we did, anything they'd be reading would be "self-luminous" anyway. A BIG improvement! The cabin space is now floodlit when the doors are unlocked or opened. Money and time well-spent on an "almost plug & play" upgrade! The build-quality of these LEDs looks excellent, with considerable attention devoted to heat dissipation. Excess heat destroys LEDs, and these guys do heat up, but nothing like the OEM bulbs did. These are definitely a cut above many of the LED offerings out there, and they perform as advertised. There were no "error issues" and indeed, the polarity is self-correcting with these LED bulbs--no flipping the bulb around if it doesn't light. The packaging is more than adequate, and my four LEDs arrived on time and in excellent condition. The seller has twice contacted me to see if all is well and that I'm 100% satisfied with the purchase. If these Yorkim LED lamps last as they should, I'll consider them to be an excellent bang-for-the-buck, and definitely recommend them! RayB

Work good as expected.

So far so good, I have had them for several months and they are way brighter (see 2nd photo) than the crap stock (see 1st photo) bulbs in the 2019 RAV 4. They come with a little plastic tool that broke on the first use so I would avoid it all together (I didnt buy the bulbs for the tool anyway) and opt for a small flat head screwdriver or a coin. The only real issue I had was (see last 2 photos) the stock bulb (end caps) is slightly narrower then these, you'll notice the new bulb is pretty fat on the metal contact ends compared to factory. That said, it was a VERY tight fit and a little bit of a struggle to make them fit, BUT they did ultimately fit and I Love them... Pros: Priced Fair SUPER BRIGHT vs. Stock they make an added effort to add a tool Cons: the included tool - isn't very helpful it may take a little work to make them fit (my 2019 RAV4 anyway!?)
