Quality is just right and works for all types of wine

If you are familiar with Spiegelau, these are not their finest. Still, I find some other customer reviews hard to understand. Rather than thin, they are a bit thicker than expected but definitely acceptable at this price. They arrived intact. They feel a tad lighter than expected and they do not ring as prettily as the best stuff; I take it that "lead-free crystal" explains both of those things. I've had them just a few months and not used them often, but they've gone thru the dishwasher a few times without incident. They are among the tallest wine glasses I have, but my cupboard and dishwasher can handle them, so this is fine with me.The only caveat that I can add: If you have a stemware rack where you hang them from their bases, take note that the base is a bit thicker than any that I've ever placed in the rack. Since my rack hangs from chains rather than being fastened directly to the wall or ceiling, I have to slow down and slide the glass in rather slowly/carefully to avoid discombobulating the whole rack. If these stems were hair's breadth larger, I'd have an issue with the thickness of the bases.All told, a good purchase.

This is exactly what I was looking for. It is a clean line glassware. The stems are not too tall and they fit into the kitchen cabinet. They are not heavy and the perfect shape for a multi use wine glass!

glasses were fine in every aspect, except they were too tall to stand in upper rack of my dishwasher. Made loading them in dishwasher difficult to impossible

I thought they were bigger and more elegant, but I guess measurements don't lie, and pictures always make things look more charming. These are average looking glasses for a good price. They can be used for Cabs, Merlots, Shiraz or even white wines. They're okay, not bad for a restaurant, but don't expect something extremely elegant.

The box of four glasses was placed in a larger box with NO packing material. You would imagine a glass item would have at least some cheap packing paper in the box it is shipped in. I only received 3 intact glasses. Otherwise I would give it five stars.

Great shape and especially great price. Nice strong stems that i have no qualms about using it in the dishwasher.
