Over the years I have purchased many of these. Parents and babies love it. The sounds it makes is so much better than most baby toys.

My 1-year old grandson loves this toy! Sturdy and well-priced, great way to learn about music. Selection of music is great, won't drive you nuts when they play with it for an hour 😁

My son loves this toy. He plays with it everyday. The music is pleasant, so it doesn’t drive me crazy... and even if it did I wouldn’t mind because my son loves it. Only thing is the sturdiness needs work because my son was able to break one of the pieces off.UPDATE:my son loved this toy so much but he broke it up because he taps at it way to hard. He is developmentally disabled so his stimulation when tapping is rough but I still give 5 plus stars. It is truly a great item for children. I wish it came with a sturdy case or reengineered to be indestructible🙂 My son also had the older version that was cube shaped. He enjoyed that one as well. He’s had two of the newer versions. I usually purchase for his birthday which is coming up but although he LOVES it…I know he will eventually break it. This toy is great quality with every feature. I’d recommend 100 times over!

This is the third cube we have purchased in 12 years of parenting 6 kids. Love this thing!Each one lasts about 2 kids before dying, but to me? Worth it. And fair enough, since each of the kids end up throwing it a few times if I'm honest. I saw one reviewer get on them for the light and music type and I want to add my two cents.About the light being one color shining through the different faces of the cube, I want to say that this is a plus in my book. I don't allow any other light up or noisy toys if I can help it, and I like that the light is bright enough but not overpowering so the music takes center stage. I have never noticed a problem with the sound file type, either, so - if you are a normal person, like me, it will never bother you. This is a great toy that holds attention and is basically the only light up noisy toy that has longevity in your family, teaching about how instruments work alone and together with different sounds.

I don't usually take the time to review products, but this one stands out as an excellent value worth letting people know about. My grandson loved it from day one. It entertains him for a long time (for an 8-mo old!) and also aids in motor skill development to manipulate the ball to the side he wants to use, and to press the buttons. Best of all the music is nicely performed so an adult can stand hearing it over and over. Notably it is extremely well made (with one exception - the packaging, see note below -- for which I deducted one star). The rounded edges of the cube aid in rolling it, but the mostly flat sides keep it from rolling away, so he is able to control it. He has zeroed in on the "orchestra" setting and already knows that it's the only "button" that will change the tune. He pushes it over and over to get the music to change and the button is holding up well to the overuse. He can't yet distinguish instruments, so he doesn't really use the other buttons yet but that will change in time I expect. He loves having the music play, and will turn back to it immediately once the music stops to restart it. NOTE ON PACKAGING: Be very careful when removing the cube from its cardboard package. The plastic tie holding the ball to the cardboard package is looped behind one of the buttons (piano). The first Mozart Cube we purchased was immediately damaged just by removing the packaging - the piano button didn't work. But the replacement product was fine since I knew about the problem and took extreme care removing that plastic tie. Note that the exchange process was GREAT. I got the replacement package 2 days after requesting an exchange, and hadn't even sent back the damaged one yet. Also, they give you 90 days to return the product- a big plus for a child's toy. I highly recommend this for babies 7 months and older!

Has survived 3 grandchildren and hope it lasts for soon to arrive 4th.

I absolutely love this! I first bought one for my daughter 25 years ago and have been buying them ever since for any friend who’s expecting. I always get a follow up message from them months later that it’s their baby’s favorite toy, especially the music lovers. The sound is very pleasant, not like most children’s toys that make noise and you just want to throw them across the room because it’s so nerve racking!
