I've been using this Calcium Magnesium for many years! It is a good product & Amazon brings it to me in a timely fashion, delivered right to my door.

My fiance said I should have calcium plus boron to help my body absorb the calcium. He's a science major, so I've followed his advice. Seems to help my body. Need calcium as I get older.

Calcium and Magnesium I've always taken, but heard this past year that Boron is actually a must as well. The Calcium and Magnesium helps with my middle of the night horrible leg cramps, the Boron, is said to help with our immune system and bone formation and stability, so being over 40 I'm going to continue to implement this into my daily diet. This product is very useful for the human body. The magnesium is needed for the support of your nervous systems. It's helpful as a sleeping aid that you must take in the evening hours. The calcium is very beneficial for elderly people who may need extra calcium to help prevent bone injury from falls and healthy teeth. As with all vitamins it is recommended to take with meal or some type food that contains fat so the stomach can absorb the vitamins. Highly recommend this brand due to it's product quality and years of trail and error using other brands.
