This coffee maker is great! It is a high capacity urn and great quality for the price. It is also attractive enough to have our for my events, and holds temp great for hours.

I returned it for a 30-Cup version, since it was much larger than expected.

Cord needs to be longer, but if just for a counter top may be fine. I was using for a tailgate event and needed extension cord. All other features were success. Definitely large capacity, design worked perfect for table top, very easy to use and set up. Great value

I'd give 0 stars if I could.Bought this urn (less than a year ago) because we wanted a style with no indicator window and a metal lid (which is hard to find!) since we found the plastic lids on other models would eventually break down and disintegrate into the water.Pro: looks like an urnCon: doesn't act like an urn. The water is so lukewarm, my baby can drink it without waiting for it to cool down. Complained to Amazon, but didn't realize it wasn't free returns (about a month after purchasing). The knob on the lid had since broken off.In summary, a great prop. 0/5 do NOT recommend

great unit, no on/off switch, but I don't find a need for it. easy to find and fit in the post.

Right this for a grad party. It was easy to use and brewed quickly. Not as sturdy as I would’ve liked but it worked well. Good value
