A lot to unwrap, great resources
Has sections for the therapist and for the client. I believe some of those material is appropriate for adults, especially those whose emotional growth was stunted due to trauma. My 2 cents!

Extremely helpful
As a new therapist, this has been very helpful and has lead to many good discussions when I needed a little more direction. I enjoy these worksheets. They are easy to understand and I especially like the educational handouts and descriptions. Definitely recommend! Very relevant info.

If you’re working with kids in the mental health field you need this !
I am a Case Manager for a Mobile Crisis Team and do additional Skills Building with Clients through MRSS services. This book has been a wonderful tool to utilize with my clients. Wonderful, wonderful book!
